About Gnut butter. I did not know what a gnut was until I looked it up. We call them peanuts in the West and these days we buy peanut butter packaged by big manufacturers. Almost nobody makes it fresh anymore...which is a bit sad! JIF and Skippy brand peanut butter are the largest manufacturers of Peanut Butter. We use it in cooking and to make sandwiches we just call a peanut butter and jelly sandwich using two slices of bread. I don't know if you eat it like that there but I have never seen an African video where people do this like we do. Maybe that is just because of the content people wish to always see traditional things in Africa I don't know?
