when i was a kid in the 90's i tried to imagine what BMX would be like in the future. we joked about how it would be "video game tricks" and it's even crazier than what we imagined.
Same thoughts, It impossible to land such tricks even in the videogames.

That was SICK!!!! This was the best xgames event I think this year. I think the mega ramp stuff isn't as cool as this. Even dirt seems like it has turned into a bunch of mini mega ramps. I really enjoyed watching this.

I used to ride bmx in the 80s and tried it again a couple years ago at the age of 50 and it soon became apparent that my weight coordination and gravity had a difference of opinion 😁
What an event. BMX is sick. I can't imagine how to value tricks' toughness, they are all incredible.

Difficult to judge! Absolutely amazing riding from everyone. 1st was an easy and obvious decision, but 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th I'd say were all close!

Seen the bike flip done in the 80’s. Then it’s like that trick went away for awhile. Focus went to flips, whips, bigger spins, double flips, parks stayed roughly the same, but dirt jumps got huge, like 90ft in downhill. The tricks have progressed to another level now. Believe I imagined this long ago. But have no clue what it could become. Maybe more tricks get put up for awhile because people lose focus on practicing them as was the case for the bike flip.
