Who are we?
We're Eamon and Bec, a Toronto-based couple who live full-time in our self converted Sprinter Van!! SUBSCRIBE for wanderlust travel, behind the scenes of what it's really like to live in a van, and videos all about the yummy vegan food we make + eat!
We currently DAILY VLOGGING as we self-convert another Sprinter Van for Eamon's dad Bob!!
Our goal here is to inspire you to chase after your own dreams however big (or small... tiny homes anyone?) they may be! We hope to create a community of like-minded, positive individuals who will grow to love and support one another on their own journeys.

I have been watching your videos, liking them, and this quiet rainy day one really works for me. Love how you eat.
I’m a lifelong vegetarian born into a meat eating family. It happens-a natural aversion to meat, fish, chicken, etc. At 14 years old, after not eating meat as a kid, I got serious and read tons of health food store books. I had to research hard about protein et all. I selected vegetarianism because the word Vegan wasn’t in use at that time. The world was limited...veg options were scarce. I learned to cook from scratch. I figured avoiding eggs in baked items was going to be impossible back in those days. I would probably have gone your way had I been born later. Thank you!

I love how yall call each other your best buddy. the romantic attraction is clearly there but still is the friendship.
Can you do a video on reducing waste? How do you use reusable cups at a cafe? Don’t they use the company cups to measure ingredients and to tell whether your getting a small medium or large?
That's a great video idea! I'll add it to the list. As for the cafes, most of them are excited that I'm trying to reduce waste and work around it. I know that my mug is 12oz so I tell them that and am happy to have a little less in the cup if they do a standard 8 or 10 oz beverage ❤❤
I'm a former Tim Hortons manager and have managed other restaurants as well - still do. You can always ask for your food 'for here'' and that will get you glass plates and cups or just hand them your reusables and ask for your beverage in it. It isn't an issue, they should know their cups well enough to know what size yours is. Many will even give you a discount for it. They will not take your stuff for certain cold beverages because of the blender going into the cup and cross contamination concerns but most you'll be fine with. You can also carry around your own reusable straw and cutlery.
Love this rainy day vlog. It’s nice to see a day when the weather isn’t playing game. Very similar in U.K. today. That skateboard interests me. Wonder if they do boost for rollerskates 🤔😜looks lots of fun. Soup looks awesome Bec 👍🏻xxx

I have family who want me to cut my hair too, Eamon. lol. I think it’s cool as long as your buddy likes it and you it’s all good.
Also, I use to have lazy cozy days with my little buddy, which is the best girl ever.

Just so you guys know, for the WiFi issue lol. T-Mobile has a device, you pay less than $15 a month and you can plug it to your car and it has mobile wifi. Not a hotspot but an actual wifi connection. It’s really helpful, and it also lets you know when there is something wrong with the van, for electric and transmission issues.

you guys can be pretty cheesy sometimes but after sexy dance soup cooking & Eamon asking, "Are you ready to have a nice romantic meal" the smash cut to a well lit van and you both blowing your noses & "I had snot on my face" was pretty funny and unexpected. Keep on keeping on!
