      U maý do slowly as per your body allows. The video is excellent for beginners and people who like to do some stretches in short time

    Very bad production - you should speak slowly and clearly - explain clearly when to inhale and exhale (right now it is hurried explanation) - show demonstration 3 times with voice over and show actual exercise 3 times without voice over. Also, it would be good if some text is also added to the video. Bad quality - should be more professional.
