That's awesome! I personally much prefer these types of videos over actual song tutorials/play throughs for learning songs. It's great being able to hear and see how you would play a song live in context rather than just playing along to a track. Maybe that's just me though. You should try adding a pedalboard cam. Could be cool 😜 Keep it up!
I've used your setup for 4-5 months.. Honestly it's great! I think the only down side it has is, whenever you want to play 'soft' , do some ambience and such, the limiter boosts up your volume, so you don't have a lot of dynamics per say. but quality is great!
Can you put a link to the piece that attaches the gooseneck to the suction cup? I have both pieces but don't have the adapter that connects the two! Great video!
Hey David, have you had any trouble with your GoPro cut at 5 minutes 20 seconds? And if so how have you gotten around that? Do you just stick the rest of the video together or something else?
Hi David! I have a Question, what set up do you have for your sound in de camera, because I have the hero9 too, but I record my sound, the guitar sound is satured
Haven’t had trouble with mine overheating. I don’t recall the battery life off of the top of my head, but it was enough to film the gig and then some. Have extras incase of course.
How do you change the click volume? When I hear your in-ear monitor mix, the click sound is loud and clear on the intro, and it gets going down while the song is going on. (Sorry if my English is bad, it's bcuz I'm pure Korean lol)
I haven’t done any post mixing on the audio. It’s all straight from my monitor pack into the GoPro. Audio is married to the video the whole time, the only thing I do is cut and export the video.
Check out my live GOPRO video with my monitor mix here: ruclips.net/video/6zyQd3xi7J8/видео.html
Thanks for sharing. The footage looks great! 🎸
Puedo reemplazar el Gopro por el IPhone 11 ? Será igual o necesitaría otras cosas ?
Dude you are a legend by sharing so much info and resources with us! Really appreciate what you do man, it's really encouraging me as a new guitarist.

Have you thought about asking the video director for a transmitter so they could use that shot live?
Great video David! Really learned a lot with this set up! Keep the videos coming they are a huge Blessing🙏🏻
Love it, can’t wait to see more! ❤️
If u don’t have the media mod, u can use the media attachment that GoPro sells too. That has the 1/8” jack too. It’s just a little bulkier...
Great info! I’m gonna have to try this. Thanks!
This video is great! Only thing missing would be the how do you connect to the gopro for replacing the gopro audio with the monitor!
Great information !
Is a Strat video on the way? 😁

Hey - I have Fralin’s in this guitar. Modern PAF 8k bridge, Pure PAF 7.5k neck. Love them.
Nice vid! How much time does the Go Pro battery last during the gig? Does it overheat?
Haven’t had trouble with mine overheating. I don’t recall the battery life off of the top of my head, but it was enough to film the gig and then some. Have extras incase of course.

The click is the same volume throughout but the other instruments coming in on the downbeats pushes it back in the mix.
@@woof-da Really?? Hmm..to me the click sound changes.. Maybe it's bcuz of the compression from somewhere I guess..?
Yes, you are hearing a little bit of the Gopro limiting.
Ahh I see. Thanks for the replies you two!!
How would you record in mono?
Where/how to u take or get the mix from your GoPro to the computer or daw
