I saw the show on Broadway a year ago and it's the first and only show I've ever seen in New York. In June of next year this cast is coming on tour to my city but I'll be across the world in Japan studying abroad. I won't be able to see it when it comes next year but I know that they will do the Broadway cast justice!! Go touring cast of Anastasia, you guys rock!!
They're auditioning for the Japanese production of Anastasia right now and it will probably run sometime next year! :)

I’m crying 😭😭😭 Seeing Anastasia on Broadway was my first broadway show and one of the best moments of my life. I’m so sad to see it close but I already love the tour cast and I can’t wait to see it once again when they come to Toronto!!

A few weeks ago, my class took a trip to NYC which included a broadway musical. My friends and I wanted to see Wicked, because we hadn’t really known much on Broadway besides that. When it was revealed that we were watching Anastasia, I kind of got excited, even without knowing what this show was. So I started listening to the album nonstop, and fell in love with it. The music, the voices, everything was just stunning. Walking into the Broadhurst was kind of amazing. I couldn’t contain my excitement. After the show, I could not stop talking about how amazing it was to my friends. They all liked it too, except for a few people and my science teacher. I feel so lucky that we got to see this breathtaking masterpiece on Broadway before it was gone. It’s sad that Broadway is losing another great musical, but at least the tour is still staying strong. You guys are amazing!!

I just love this video. I had the privilege of seeing these awesome people perform on tour. Anastasia is one of my favorite stories of all time, and this cast did so amazing. I will even admit that when "Once Upon A December" began to play at the beginning, I actually got teary eyed!! If I'm lucky enough I will see them again. 😁😁😁

Hmm. I was super excited to see the tour next year, but now I'm not so sure. This seems ranchi & corny. I'm disappointed, they are not respectful, nor paying proper tribute to the bway crew.

I thought they did an amazing job sending their love to the original crew. It was something they didn’t have to do and it was supposed to be light-hearted and fun.
One video that brings some light-heartedness to the sadness of Anastasia closing should not change your opinion of the touring cast. There's nothing but love, admiration, and respect between all the companies of the show and this was honestly a perfect way for them to wish the Broadway cast and company "Happy Trails"!
