Is it very important to flatten your lower back completely? My PT told me it should be in neutral position, which is slightly arched. But that's maybe because I had L4/5 & L5/S1 discectomy and shouldn't put it in too much flexion?
Is it possible to do deadbugs with those Big rubber bands?
It is possible to hook a band up to a rig and use them like a lat pull down
