    Thank you for creating the MZ1! I recall how much my aim improved when I moved to the 1st final mouse. My aim was much better. The next jump came with the much lighter air 58. I thought I had reached the height of aim perfection until I tried the MZ1. The granularity of minute tracking is far superior with the MZ1. I thought I couldn't get good at sniping, but I am now super comfortable picking up a sniper rifle. MZ1 could be an extremely bad choice for people who have a hand length above 20cm like me, it would extremely hard to hold the mouse and adjust the hand position, even if you can, there would be a huge pressure on your wrist band and ligament of the forearm. But it is definitely a top choice for people who have a hand length below 19cm as recommended. But keep in mind if your hand is above 20cm, be careful making your decisions.

    I really wanted to pick up the mz1 or m42, but not being able to rebind the mouse 4 and 5 buttons was just a complete dealbreaker for me. There's just too many games that don't properly let you assign m4/5 to commands and programs like auto hot key are becoming less and less safe to use given the direction anti-cheat technology is going. I really hope xtrfy develops a software package or something in the near future! And in my dreams your next mouse design will feature additional pointer buttons like on the g502. I use those a lot more than m4/5, adjusting my thumb can impact the stability of my grip too much. The pointer finger buttons don't impact aim in the same way.
    But that's just the random wish list of some nobody on the internet. Thanks for all the effort you've done over the years regardless!

    Hopefully you get the chance to read this Rocket Jump Ninja, I started off my FPS journey in overwatch and managed to climb up to Grand Master rank using a Corsair Scimitar as I pretty much am a World of Warcraft addict since the game first came out. However, once the first version of the Logitech G Pro wireless came out I decided to make the swap to up my game to the next level through mouse weight, better sensor and it being wireless. However, I dont know if others have had this issue but I can never seen to feel comfortable using the G Pro wireless. The mouse always manages to rotate in my hands due to never being able to maintain a solid grip on it. My hands are 20.5cm by 10.5cm and till date I have yet to find a mouse more comfortable than the scimitar. Do you happen to have any recommendations for me? Bare in mind, I have consistently been using the G pro Wireless since it debut and cannot manage to adapt to it at all.

      Because it's a huge risk for a company to invest in an unproven designer and for the sake of sales, some compromises needed to be made. If I prove myself as a designer, they'll go with my ideas more. The MZ1 is a shape designed by me, but otherwise it's a collaboration between me and Xtrfy. They wanted some things. MM710 does the job for me the best. I got the MZ1, the Viper mini and the MM720 as well but just keep coming back to the 710 really. The MZ1 was pretty good but a bit too narrow for my taste, also clicks were quite light and have a bunch of accidental clicks, same with the 720 tho that's a tad too wide, and the Viper is pretty much in the middle, clicks are fine but it's still a tad too narrow. So yeah, overall keep coming back to the 710.
    Oh yeah, and I should also mention the 710 isn't perfect tho. Pretty creaky, and the scroll developed a really annoying squeak but it's still the best shape for my hand, and the clicks are stiff enough that I don't get accidental clicks. That's all that really matters to me, tho I should get around to oiling that damn scroll one of these days.

      Also, the M42 is very solid. I know what you mean about the creakiness and squeakiness on the mm710, it definitely wasnt the best built mouse, but the M42 doesnt have those issues, the clicks and scroll wheel are buttery smooth. Just hoping they come out with a wireless version eventually.

      @Donchikiman 2 года назад +1

      @@SauceOE I was actually looking at the M42 before getting the MZ1 since I liked the interchangeable backplates. That said, didn't go through with it since I really need software for customizing my DPI as well as a DPI button to use on the fly. I just can't properly play muh shooting vidya with a single DPI level, need two levels and the ability to change between them on the fly. I mean yeah, the 720 has the same issue but that has software, and it's light enough to flip 90 degrees and press the DPI button with my thumb during a game. Anyway, I digress, case in point, got the MZ1 anyway since I couldn't ignore a mouse made by Zy, and it turns out one DPI really was hard to master unfortunately so will be sticking with the 710 for now.
