Today I’m going to share with you how to make my favorite banana bread recipe! Now let me tell you like bananas and every fruit in my house are hard to make them last and best yet get ripe to it’s full potential but on the times my kids allow bananas to ripe I take advantage of it and make banana bread! Nothing beats homemade I mean it!!!! Tip ‼️⚠️ bake until the center has completely set!

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes to 1 hours, Make sure you check the bread after 50 minutes!
ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1 stick of melted butter
2 eggs at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup dsrk brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips
1 serving of love 💕

Did you use unsalted butter or salted ?

I use your exact recipe but add a lil more than a 1/4 cup of vanilla honey Greek yogurt. It’s so good thank you!

Mmmm I always just look up a good recipe when I make it because I lost my original good one. I will now use yours when I make it again!
One thing I will never stop using is dark brown sugar. Almost everyone uses light by default but dark brown sugar makes everything even better I think! Chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, everything.
Yesssss dark brown is the way to go!!!!! I tried it with regular sugar and that’s not it 🫣
@@CookingConClaudia I hope everyone else here reads this and sees even you agree with dark brown sugar! It makes such a good difference, I am not sure why a lot of recipes specially call for light brown sugar. I fell in love with dark brown sugar the first time I bought it and never went back to light.

When recipes say melted butter I really wish they’d show which butter. I understand maybe because of copy right reasons or what not. I’m still going to give this recipe a try. Currently added all ingredients to my pick up order.
In my experience, if you’re adding salt to your recipe it will be unsalted butter. The brand does not matter (unless you have a preference) but be sure it’s actually a stick of butter and not margarine.
As for grass-fed, free roam etc.-that detail also doesn’t matter and it’s personal preference.
Most recipes are written for the typical
Kitchen/pantry.
