Why don't you just use a Zulu or a Perlon strap? I like standard Nato because that additional line will stop the spring bars from touching my skin, not only to protect the back case. Plus you can make the nato into a single strap without cutting anything. 😁

I also shorten the strap considerably (to about 5mm beyond the last hole, using a careful curved cut) and remove (by cutting nylon again) keeper #2 ... the one further from the buckle. I then carefully pick-out the stitching-barrier between the remaining keeper and the buckle ... allowing the keeper to move closer to the buckle. Very clean and basic and minimalist ... :)

Well i like the extra strap on cuz my sweat makes it corrode. the strap prevents this from happening.

Longest short video I've ever seen. I'm sorry, you didn't invent the the gun powder, this is a very common and known mod, and many videos show this. The extra strap is so the watch won't fall off the main strap.

The "substrap" is too short while the main one is way too long and a watch position is way off even on a narrow wrist - what a piece of garbage! And you are right: finding a regular strap is not easy so you can simply "modify" NATO by cutting that short piece of shit off!

Nooooooo there is a much easier way to strap your watch that removes the extra peice and you dont have to cut anything!!! Please dont cut your nato straps!!!
