Dude!!!! thats only flippin Karl at the start! what a legend he is!!! Delivered mine today! Really great guy! and knows his stuff! one of the best delivery experiences i have had! Quick as i think i was the last delivery of the day but props to the guy very personable and just a legend!

@@WoodomainJeremyBroun I will admit he looked very "sales bloke" to me at first but he really knows his stuff and is down to earth and believes in the brand. After owning the bike for a week (13 miles on it so far) i am really happy with it to be fair. Hope your enjoying yours too! mind you it did take an excruciating three months from the point of order to get it, due to unforeseen circumstances, and i was close to cancelling the order to be honest, but all in all the actual product is fantastic! They really need to expand their staff base though as two months over their stated delivery time is a bit excessive. It does knock down some points for that, but i was compensated for that wait time and it was not all Eskutas fault to be fair.
But i cant fault the product so far, it really is awesome and it has exceeded my expectations. It really feels like the future of cheap travel to me, you would pay the same if not more for a similar ebike without all the extra features. The lights are fantastic on it and the security is brilliant on it too! 16mph doesn't sound that fast, but you would not want to do much more on it, the brakes are fantastic and its a very strange experience on the first ride if you have never ridden a moped. Even if you have its still strange as you have pedals that require no effort, and that does take some getting used too.
It really feels like a "vehicle" and not just a bike, no tax MOT or insurance is a massive plus too (but i have insured it just incase).
Great product but the delivery time could be improved, i know they have a big demand for it but as a business you need to expand with it which i am sure they are doing. Its quite a niche product to just find engineers out of the blue to build them so i do get it, and they are expanding and moving units to meet demand so i will obviously let them off this time round.
Great bike and is much more than just a "bike" for me.

Do you know if you can tune the bike so it's derestricted but increases in speed by just a few mph? Derestricting it completely would drain the battery pretty fast!
It can be de-restricted easily and it wont drain the battery super fast. Use the power when you need it.
This E-Bike if I remember is pretty expensive I think it's costs around £1,750 just to go up to 15.5MPH.
I'm not sure it's worth it as I can cycle faster than that on a £200 - £300 bicycle for example.
Well most people who stop me in my city think it cost a lot more than that. It depends how you value something. For me it is ideal as I can carry street perfomance guitar amplifier etc on the back and has surprising power for getting me up a steep hill and it is very comfortable on cobbled streets. It can go faster! Its almost inbetween a bike and a scooter. They are limited in speed because of the law.
