- These are a string of radio clips from legendary Pittsburgh Steelers broadcaster, Myron Cope. These clips have been available on the internet for years and I was going to attribute the site, but it seems to have been taken down.
Myron was a master at making boring games fun and great games even more exciting. Sometimes he'd get so wound up, all he could do was sputter. He was famous for his "Yoi", "Hmm-Ha" and inventing the Terrible Towel. He was a Pittsburgh original and is sorely missed.

This is just...unbelievably awesome. I have decades of memories of walking back up to the car with my Dad on Western Avenue in the North Side listening to “Cope’s Cabana” and laughing our asses off! Myron was just the absolute best!

Myron was a national treasure, and only those who spent time in Pittsburgh got to experience him.

We did that at the American legion, one yoi was a single shot, double was 2 shot's and triple, let's just say all of us that did that, let the legion quite inebriated lol.
