Phil flies straight ahead, collecting items, giving speed to allies, and damaging enemies as he passes through.
PRIMAL: COUP DE GRACE
If an opponent is close to defeat, Phil can finish the combat with one CANNY COLLECTOR strike, no matter the strength of the blow.
