I am a Women and I own 8 LINCOLN's I have a 1979 dk blue COLLECTORS SERIES the 4 door of this car with 27 thousand miles . It drives like a dream . When I drive it people alway's tell me what a BEAUTIFUL car it is . My daily driver is a 1996 LINCOLN TOWN CAR and I LOVE this car . SAVE THE BIG LAND YACHT's they will never make cars like this again and that is SAD. MRS. M
I am a man and I own 0 LINCOLN'S. I have 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo that's missing the driver side interior door panel, cause the power window went out on that side. The wiring is faulty, sometimes my turn signals don't work. The A/C is busted also. Pretty much what I'm trying to tell you is this: Give me one of your LINCOLN'S!!!!!

It is interesting you say that. This is my favorite land yacht. I was not a fan of the Eldorado then, but I did love the Mark V. This particular year for the Town Car is my very favorite because of the finder skirts and also this year had the cool speedometer. And, I always loved a coupe - especially these and the Cadillac Coupe de Ville. I would definitely buy and drive this today if it was available - I would even trade in my pickup truck for it! :)
I just saw this video a while back and I'm seeing it again God what kind of lighting do they have in there that makes that car Sparkle whew good. If you can tell me what paint that color is I will paint my Lincoln Mark V the same color.

Body on frame is what makes old school Lincolns the land yachts we know and love. It is also why the platform was perfect for police duty.
