I thought 2nd bedroom would keep high standard. For that money I would definitely expecting that. Other thing, balcony is on the noisy road. Apart of these the issues apartment is cramped in a walking spaces, kitchen small. What I like is overall high standard of deco. I know it's Monaco but think it's to pricy.
L'unica attrattiva per acquistare appartamenti del genere è ottenere la residenza a Montecarlo per non pagare le tasse. In Riviera ci sono tantissimi posti molto più belli dove acquistare ville o appartamenti ad un prezzo molto più conveniente.

The country is known for ppl paying huge prices for a stunning apartment that has great views only to find several years later that another apartment building is being built right in front of the one they spent a fortune on. Alas, though, it IS Monaco.
@@charliemcmillin1066- FYI- A couple of the requirements for citizenship is to open a bank account in Monaco AND put $500,000. into it. If you don't have that much money you don't get citizenship. Have a nice day. : )

The view of the sea turns out to be the view of noisy street.
Not good value for the money to small and seemed cramped. Not to mention the noise. 😮
