I dont think I am supposed to publish a single Vlog on time! haha Now we had plenty of time and all was great until I noticed that I had been logged out of my account and uploaded the Vlog to my personal RUclips instead and then it was stuck on 95% processing for 20 mins! haha But dont worry, a massive charity check is coming very very soon! ;-)

love the new place, but what terrible sqm usage of the floorplan design it shocked me. how bad the percentage of livable space is in this floorplan, could have been designed way better with the same aesthetic qualities and better living spaces
what would you have done differently ? seems pretty straight forward but im sure you know better ;)
That would require me to look at the total floorplan of the building and its plot to determine what would have been the best design but this would not have passed in the Netherlands for good design
for all can say u maybe couldve made the top balcony as big as the bottom one but it seems like most of this stuff is a design choice. Monaco costumers are different than most others.

Yep, a 6,000 Euro henhouse/chicken coop you say but it's going for 3,500,000 to 4,500,000 Euro to purchase and that IS NOT CHICKEN FEED. Monaco is tight and uber-expensive; I think they did well except for the lost view.

this is a well deserved upgrade i love it honestly ive gotten tired of seeing the old apartment. only loss is not view i love the ocen view in the old apartment

old apartment is better, better location, the new place is just a ton of wasted space with that stairwell.
Still more space than in the old studio. And a lot of people would say this location is superior since it's more central and closer to the port. The old apartment was barely inside the border. The view was better in the old one though.
exactly, I'd rather look at the water than a bunch of buildings. I watch tons of tiny house videos and this new apartment just doesn't have good use of space. They must be getting a killer deal.

Tiny...stupid waste of space with the openings to the level above/below in such a small space. Can't believe you're giving up your current apartment with it's superior view/location. Just build a loft in the corner (of your current apartment) for your bed and use the area underneath for a desk or whatever.

Space is scarce in Monaco, the price you pay today for property is a very good investment.

cfgvd It is also very narrow and many edges to get bruises at. The stairs is a place to hurt your head and limbs every time you pass them in a hurry.

You gotta understand how packed Monaco is, this is an amazing flat compared to most of the other appartments in the area. On top of that they purchase it for half the price of other real estate in the same quality category. I did a little research and found a couple of appartments around 100 sqm and they were valued at €6,6M. Jon and Janni made a great deal!

Yes, I believe he is renting out his old apartment and is not selling it. After 14 years, he has a good equity in it and might even "own it outright" by now. Yanni is his wife and partner in all of their business dealings. So her money goes into all and her father is their partner in Marbella, as he is a real estate developer, builder and investor as well. Jon and Yanni have their "RUclips" vlog business and two other businesses including "C'est" and "Douch Bags" for clothing and luggage. Many, many endorsements as well......so Yes.......they are a very successful and glamorous young couple and I enjoy participating in them with all of it on their channels!L.o.l.
They are both rented. They don’t own anything in Monaco. Crazy expensive. I love the new building architecture but the old view here would have made it astronomically expensive. So this a a needed compromise. It’s small than it looks. No enclosed room, it’s a loft. A bit narrower too. They’ll find out when they bring in their furniture. Still, nice to be in Monte Carlo... any day. Congratulations Jon and Janni

Congrats but why in heck did someone design a place where you are looking out at a partial view that’s blocked by swirling cement that’s going to get dirty? Lovely place, just not that design flaw with the view to the “outside”. I like my place better and it’s a two bedroom with a view of the mountains for $224,000. Boom! Don’t have to be rich to find a nice place!

Throwing good money after bad, giving money to ANY cancer charity. Cancer research has had billions per year, decade after decade after decade. Cancer is a very profitable business now. Even if a cure was found, it would be hidden, you don't want to stop a cash cow that keeps on giving. Let's get this right, after trillions of dollars thrown at cancer research we are still poisening people with radiation. Yes money well spent.
