Can you do a summary of what you consider budget, a step above budget, middle of the road and I guess premium. Most can't afford premium but maybe middle of the road possibilities?? Thanks
@@Quantum_TV Honestly, I'm looking for an 85 inch and budget is stretched to around 2K. One example is the Samsung Q85C I saw priced at one time for $1799- Is local dimming worth it, dimming zones, etc.... Thanks much. I appreciate your content
@@Kaijaron yeah literally the only difference I can find is the brightness and that the QM8 has an ACST 3.0 tuner built in, which I’m not sure I’ll really use much? Just wondering if the processor and motion is the same.
@@Nightowl333 right they are both great. Qm8 probably has slightly better blacks and a slightly better local dimming feature but not massively and probably not seriously noticeable. My brother has the q7 and I love it. Seems like the better option just because it’s so much cheaper and still looks awesome. Better than my $1200 dollar Sony x950H from 4 years ago. TCL looks especially great when it comes to gaming on new consoles. 👍🏻

What size is the TCL your reviewing the reason why im asking? The 85" isn't the same as there smaller tv to the point im about to send my back, to Amazon 85QM851G assembled in Mexico doesn't match with what your TCL set up
Even though you can’t do sports and review it, why not mention what your experience was and how it looks on sports? Would actually be helpful as opposed to panning your camera angle for video games
Hey Quantum, do you recommend me updating my LG C1 to it’s latest software update? I’ve never updated it since I first purchased it to avoid decreasing picture quality. But I’m not sure if that’s true or not. And if I do update it, would your settings still apply to the latest update? Since I have already applied your settings and they look amazing, I just want to know if I should update or not. I’d also like to know what update are you on with your C1?
@@AlSumait I have a c1.lg doesn't change picture adjustments changes on their firmware like samsung.ive updated mine with every new update with no issues
Motion handling is atrocious at times on my Samsung S90D. It's the only thing I don't like about the TV, unfortunately motion handling is very important.
I discovered your channel and I started watching video after video in a row haha, good content. I am definitely going to buy the S90D QD-OLED 55" for my room. Now, I also want to change the one in the living room but I haven't decided between the LG C4 or the SONY A95L, which one do you recommend?
As somebody that has a Sony X90L, I think both of those TVs look horrible with motion. Did you have any motion flow settings on or black frame input? Usually smoothing one on most TVs look really good without giving you the soap opera effect.
@@naththoau I think after spending time with the Sony X90L. I put motion flow one and the lowest level of black frame and the Sony is sooooo good, I’m very spoiled with motion lol. Those two TVs look horrible in the video almost to the point where I’m questioning, if something was not correct in the settings.

LCD naturally has less stutter than the OLED. OLED is sharp and shake. LCD is smooth with blur. Plasma or CRT is reference.
