East Forest: Music for Mushrooms (Warrior Within S2E15)

East Forest is a multidisciplinary artist, producer and ceremony guide known for his fusion of ambient music, electronic soundscapes and meditative practices. His music is often used in meditation, yoga and psychedelic therapy sessions, where it serves as a tool for inner work, helping listeners access deeper states of consciousness.
East Forest joined Asher Packman on the Warrior Within podcast for The Fifth Direction in September 2024 to discuss the launch of his new feature-length film, Music for Mushrooms, a narrative documentary showcasing the transformative power of psychedelics, music and community.
