I wish you would have taken him out of that carrying case while in the car. it's too confining.

Thank you for your feedback.This is our 1st puppy and we didn't feel safe travelling 2hrs in the car,even with a restraint lead,as we didn't knowhow puppy would react.The carrier was only used a handful of times and Hensley was very soon on our laps and is now in a car seat.
