Members of the MSP share their experiences regenerating bone with the LANAP protocol for periodontal disease and the LAPIP protocol for peri-implantitis (disease around dental implants).
I am going to treat my first LANAP case soon, I am looking forward to it. I certainly appreciate having speciailists who I can refer for this but hopefully I end up doing more and more of these cases. How else are we going to effectively decrease the bacterial load in those pockets?
Yet, I can't afford it or qualify for types of insurance that practitioners will accept! The only dentists that will accept my abilities to pay want to total extract my mouth and sell me dentures. The only lanap dentist in Mexico wants to extract 7-8 teeth and then perform lanap.
I still use my teeth. I'm not willing to give them up without a fight.
Can someone help me find a lanap provider that will get on MY team?
Why does your dentist to remove your teeth before performing lanap?
@@DragonboltBlastter that was the initial dentist I had gone to. Their business is to sell dentures. I now have a dentist that will provide the lanap procedure. Though, he still wants to do four extractions. One I certainly agree with. The other three I'm having difficulty agreeing to
@@thatguypatmckittrick Get a second opinion there are a lot of things out there that can help you to improve your dental health the thing of it is his extractions are expensive and the doctors get a lot of money for them so it seems like everybody that I’ve seen writing on this site has a number of extractions and they all come up to use a pretty penny, once again get a second and even a third opinion, stick to your gumbs
You know I know what you mean I don’t have the same issue I was interested in having an ab surgery done because I’ve heard so much about it I have a few issues that I need taken care of but I was also approached by the third person that I went to that I should have all of my teeth taken out and the way that I was treated very patronizingly and like you know he was doing me a huge favor when in fact I can use my teeth just fine I don’t need to have them all pulled out I don’t eat that if you use xylitol xylitol toothpaste, And gum and just quit eating sugar I’m sure that the prospect of regaining your dental health is worth renovating your diet, but I digress I applaud you for sticking to your guns this is not about dental health this is about making money by pulling your teeth out and replacing them with these “falsies “! Well I think that pulling someone’s teeth out and replacing them with the dentures or implants have their place I don’t think it’s right that a person should go in and be completely “victimized “and forced to accept whatever decision that. Dances the dentist makes, nobody’s being honest with you, this is about the money.!
Is there a directories of Periodintics, or dentists that perform Lenape laser surgery and the process of assisting bone growth? I live in New York Connecticut area and I would love to find somebody who actually practices it I spoke to one person who is she is a dentist in a periodontist but she seems to think that our changes are going to occur in the mouth which will not accommodate Lenape surgery none of that conversation really made sense to me but I just kind of let her talk and DecidedTo just continue my search. I would love to find someone in the area that I could see and begin treatment my issues have come from nutritional issues and although I am now improved markedly I don’t have the same problems that I used to have but I still need to have some work done
In New York in the Bronx there are a place that they do the surgery I did there
@@XiomaraTorres-ms5se Bottom line for me is if I can’t get the work done that I desire I’m not completely ignorant about dental health I do take care of my teeth, but if I can’t get the work done that I need done I’ll just continue living with what is going on and do the best I can I’m not gonna let anybody empirically decide that I have to remove a bunch of teeth just so that they can make money putting in dentures, that’s ridiculous dentures are passé

Braces are passé: try invisilign.
No need for aggressive braces, use invisilign instead. Best health.
