Love this. So hard to find a good sparring partner. Probably the bs cheap gyms I go to in Denver haha. I do the same I love smiling and laughing while I fight. Showering my favorite part but some people make me hate it
99% of the Muaythai fighters they will smile to you my friend it's because their Thai Muaythai Idol since the ancient time the Muaythai Warriors in their dreams have to be very kind, funny, respect and love to help people, here in Thailand arrogant or aggressive means weak and no skill that's why in Thailand it's really hard to find the aggressive showed off guys on the street and even the Thai girls would laugh at you.😊🙏💕

Awesome as usual Jeff. I´ve been doing mt for a few years now and I have a 1st dan in shito ryu karate. It always surprises me to see how these two arts are connected, that sweep at 10 :08 is totally a Yama-Tsuki bunkai from an old kata called Bassai Dai, although, it is not usually taught as a throw at all. The channel Karate Breakdown is doing a great job at pointing out karate applications as a grappling art rather than just striking. Very interesting. Thanks for the video.

I followed Petchanong some times ago and I remembered he was kinda obsessed with boxing movement drills and southpaw practices. Especially his crosses, he timed it like southpaw boxers.

There is three ways a sparring can be the most fun for me: 1: you have your student and u can see his/her development! 2: someone u are at equal level with and it is just back forth both of us getting the most of it and this we see here number 3: getting your ass totally handed to u but at such a good control and fun! you have to step up, but u just keep laughing each time you know u would have been knocked out!
