Needed this. I am 2 weeks post surgery. Had TPF in the right leg. The negative thoughts, the depression has been killing me. The fact that not a single friend showed up to see me has been very eye-opening.
My gf is taking complete care of me. She is my power and inspiration. Such a pure soul❤. I just feel I am a burden on her tho...and these thoughts are killing me on the inside. My non-weight bearing time is about 6 weeks doc said. I am in the 3rd week now. Hopefully this time gets over soon. I just wanna be able to get back to my life.
If you are going through this, I hope your loved ones, your family and your friends are there for you. This is very tough time.

My mom took care of me and was so hard, cause she is old and she had a kidne operation 1 months before my trouma. During 1st month, i was like a log. I was sleepy, and without energy, i didn't want to eat anything. Anyway, walk a lot, do exercise and you will recover faster. Just move your leg when you are lying or sitting, that helps a lot

6 - 8 weeks non bearing seems to be around the norm although I think mine went 10. If I didn't have my wife taking care of me I would have needed home health care just to get dressed and fed. I was in great shape when I had my TPF from skiing and feel like I lost so much strength. You'll get through it!

Chris - thank you so much for this video and the FB recommendation, I wish I had found this 12 weeks ago, but better late than never.
I fractured my left tibial plateau on 3/24/23, skiing; the initial pain was brutal. Ski patrol was amazing and so was the Emergency staff in the ski town (Mammoth Lakes, CA). I had surgery on 3/28/23 and now have a plate and three screws. For those of you who are just recently post surgery-- let me tell you it gets better. Early on I had several days where I would burst into tears, feeling helpless and hopeless. But, as with most crying, I felt a lot better after letting it out!
Today is week 12 post surgery!!!! I started weight bearing about 4 days ago with crutches. Not easy, but each day slightly better.
Looking back I can categorize the 12 weeks (post op) as follows: The first four weeks (weeks 1-4) were all about pain management, trying to get comfortable to sleep, and managing going to the bathroom (a function we take for granted until a TPF!). The middle four weeks (weeks 5-8) were about getting some range of motion and getting out of bed and moving a lot more and still pain management (but not as much). The last four weeks (weeks 9-12) were about containing the boredom and trying to not go stir crazy and wanting independence (driving, walking, etc.). Wishing you all a speedy recovery!

Glad to hear stories like this. Had my TPF happen on 05/27/22, left knee along with a near complete tear of my left ACL/MCL and some ripping to my meniscii. I was non-weight bearing at all for about 3 months and my whole leg's muscles atrophied in that time (especially the quad). It's been a hell of a journey. Got my ACL reconstruction surgery on 08/18/2023 (they waited so long to see how much function I would get back relying entirely on physical therapy. Plus I had an existing DVT from Covid in December '20 that prolonged the whole process). As of this writing today, they're just about ready to send me back to work and I'm feeling confident I can handle my physical job at last. Anybody with a similar or identical injury, it DOES get better. Just keep reminding yourself that you're always healing and getting stronger than you were, day to day. With an injury like this, your hardest day really was yesterday.

I had this fracture after rolling a 3 wheeler trying to do donuts. I have a relatively high pain tolerance, but it was still enough to make me scream for a minute. I then, in all of my grand intelligence, laid in the dirt for 2 hours thinking it would go away. Eventually called an ambulance. The location and severity of the fracture was extremely lucky. It was a fracture through the raised part in the middle of the tibial plateau. Not a complete fracture. Doctor said 6-8 weeks in a cast till it is completely healed. Still will need PT because of stiffness from having my leg straight for that long. 2 weeks in. I am extremely lucky it was not worse. My friend who I was riding with happened to be recording so there is a crash video under "shorts" on my channel. To anybody with this injury or any other injury I wish you a speedy and full recovery🙏

So grateful for your video Chris, which I stumbled upon looking for TPF info. My injury happened 4 weeks ago on a hike with my son, Slipped down a steep mountainside and fell on my TWICE previously injured right leg. I screamed and cried when it happened knowing the long slow road ahead due to previous ACL and meniscus tears in same leg. My rescue was very dramatic - due to the steep incline I had to be airlifted out by chopper via a rope winch. Bragging rights for life helps a bit! I sustained a medial and lateral TPF but thankfully no surgery required. Just out of straight splint into hinged but likely two more months plus on crutches. It's a long, hard, slow road, and devastating as I'm a Yoga teacher and had taken years to get this knee and leg back to almost normal after my last injury 6 years ago. However, I agree, that faith is our saving grace. Perhaps it's God's intention to truly show me what it means to SURRENDER. God bless you Chris.

Wow, wow, wow. I joined your TPF club September 2020. 1plate and 12 screws, 5 days in the hospital, a walker, a cane, 6 months of PT have past. I’m now 69, walking, able to do squats and able to get up from the floor even though it isn’t pretty! I have worked very hard to recover physically. But I still have flashbacks of my accident that scare me. I’ve never met anyone with this injury. I’m often afraid I’m going to fall and re-injure my knee. I’m paralyzed to run. I always say the only way I’m running is if the tiger is chasing me.

It just happened to me on July 4th, in my left leg. It was very painful at first but it’s calmed down since I started Tylenol and Ibuprofen (prescribed). The main thing that bothers me is not having independence to go to the toilet or shower without help. I don’t want to fall and make it worse so I have to be careful and let my family members know when I’m gonna stand on the crutches.

I need to thank you. Just four days ago I got my TPF. I work in an Emergency Room, as the Unit Coordinator. While attempting to medicate an aggressive psych patient, I slipped and fell in some self-induced vomit. Heard a loud pop, and went down. Thankfully, I was surrounded by my coworkers (Doctors and nurses) and already in the ER. They put me on a gurney and before I got settled, the radiology team was doing x-rays.
My work in the ER is my passion. I love going to work, been there for four years, it truly is what I was made to do. Then, reading about the injury I sustained, and the time I would have to be gone, put me in a funk. I sent a text to my girlfriend, who is the night shift AOD, (runs the whole hospital at night)Nighy, telling her that I was down in the dumps. She cheered me up with a video call from the ER, and was able to talk with my friend and coworkers. It really helped, but I still felt kinda low.
Flipping through RUclips to see what kind of recovery time I was up against, I discovered your video. Your situation, your words, your example is very inspiring. Thank you for putting this together. Thank you for the insight and thank you for your courage.

This is the first time I logged into RUclips just to tell my story.... June 30th, 2023 I went out with friends to the lake with some jet skis. When it was my time to ride the skis, I hopped on and started doing the absolute most resulting in me hitting 2 waves within 2 seconds and causing me to fall off. I knew when I came above surface something was wrong and you're right, the pain was absolutely awful. I went to the hospital right after and found out I broke my tibia in 3 different places and fractured my ankle. The next day I had surgery where they added an external fixator into my leg to keep my bones in place until the swelling went down. On July 14th I had my second surgery where they removed the external fixiator and put in rods and plates into these areas. After surgery I ended up having complications of too much blood loss and passed out 3x resulting in me getting admitted for the night.
Its been 5 days and I feel so hopeless.. I do not want to give up but I feel as if I can't do anything anymore. Physically im constantly in main, mentally Im all over the place because I had a falling out with my family yesterday and emotionally, all I ever want to do is cry.
Im currently home alone and told myself I needed to get up and find some encouraging videos and fell upon yours.... Seeing you continue to move and not give up was all the motivation I needed so I needed to tell you myself thank you so much for telling the world your story. After operation, i spend 8 weeks at home and then get 5 weeks rehabilitation in a hospital (i am o my last week there). I had TPF, tibia, and lateral maleol fractures. The first 3 weeks at home was very hard. I felt weakeness and sleepy and ni apetite. I felt so bad that i couldn't do anything. The doctor didn't explaned to me anything so i had to do my research. In rehab, i learn so much, and i can bend my knee 50-degree angle and learn to walk part weight bearing with a walker. I forget how to walk, and still sometimes i lift my leg automatically 😅 till need lots of to work with "frosen" ancle and a knee. Before, my mom always said that i am walking too fast, and now other old patients, most with knee or hip replacement, walking faster than me. 😅

I as well have trusted in God to give me the strength and will power to push through the discomfort and rehabilitate this injury the best I possibly can. April 7th of this year, 2023, I found myself in southern California at Huntington Beach, Orange County, while playing beach volleyball in the sand along the pacific coastline. Beautiful day, great vibes, positive attitudes, and lots of sun. One play was all it took. I'm 6'4'' at 250 pounds and in very good shape. Muscular build and very strong bones. I jumped up for a spike, and upon landing, a guy on the opposing team somehow tripped and fell over onto my side and landed on the outside of my left knee while my left foot was planted in the sand and caused my leg to collapse inwardly. Immediately we all heard a loud snap. Sounded like a branch being snapped in half in a rapid movement. I fell onto the ground and noticed my leg was distorted (misaligned) and not too soon afterwards, the pain set in and was excruciating. I was then rushed to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, CA and the X-Ray revealed a closed left tibial plateau fracture. Went into surgery three days later after the swelling subsided.
I spent 1 week in the inpatient due to elevated blood pressure and monitoring of possible blood clotting in the injured leg. I was then discharged and transition immediately to physical therapy for 11 days which was a big help due to the PT(s) really pushing me on increasing range of motion. I was instructed to be non weight bearing for 12 weeks, but I'm a little stubborn and could not resist bearing at least some weight. Within 3 weeks, I began nearly full weight bearing just because I felt that my bones were strong enough to handle the stress of the pressure from my weight without altering the plate and 3 screws that were in my knee. I am now 5 weeks post injury and am walking full weight bearing with very minimum pain if any throughout my entire day. I do understand that this does come with a risk and I may end up having to pay for it later, but this was a risk I was willing to take due to needing to return to my employments. I am both a military servicemember and a law enforcement officer. If I do not return to 80%, or running fluently with no issues in passing the performance physical fitness tests that are required, I will not be able to be employed in either capacity.
Please throw in a prayer for this man and I'm wishing healing, recovery, and longevity to each patron on this forum.

    Life changing, well said !
31.01 accident, broke my left leg when a wave hit me at knee level, on a sand beach, ridiculously stupid, but it happened and it was my fault, should my leg have been bender wouldn’t have broken it. Xrayed and put in brace. TIP do not bear weight on the injured leg, lift it up on pillows and apply ice. Ask to be started on blood thinners daily injections to eliminate thrombosis.
06.02 made it to the hospital back from holidays, start of pre-op. TIP ask questions, prepare them in advance and ask your surgeon and nurses. Get books and videos coz you’ll be there for the long haul. Monitor your TI daily, if you don’t go number 2, alert them immediately.
08.02 surgery, open reduction with sutures on meniscus, cadaver bone graft, one plate and one rod, 13 screws. TIP manage your pain, manage your TI. Watch your sleep time, take a break, rejoice, the hardest is at home.
14.02 out of hospital wearing a brace and asked to do 6 weeks of non bearing weight. Light PT. TIP go easy on pain meds, they kill your transit, bring sweats, mess with your sleep patterns and totally screw your libido.
Week 2: staples ablation, first full shower TIP massage your scar, make sure it slides over your skin, always compare to the healthy leg. Apply vitamin E ointment, make sure your shower is equipped with a chair, avoid tripping or falling again.
Week 3 to 6: PT and ice. Fight that edema until it’s down. Prefer using a walker over the crutches. Bend your knee during PT, do get that 90 degrees if not painful.
Week 6: met with surgeon, added 4 extra weeks, it’s okay, take it well, it’s for your good sake. Allowed me 50% bearing weight, which is crap doesn’t make diff with NBW. Enjoy life, hammer that PT program they give you.
To all fellow injured friends: it’s okay, it ain’t the end, we are survivors, we support each other !

So grateful to have found your video & reading all of the comments lets me know I’m not alone. I fell & suffered a TPF on 4/1/22. Even my doctor was astounded at my “weird” fracture. Had surgery to repair with a plate & screws on 4/18/22 & was non weight bearing for 3 months. Started PT for walking about 3 weeks ago. It’s slow going but I refuse to use the wheelchair anymore. My problem is that when I walk too much, my leg, ankle & foot swell up to twice the normal size. It’s so frustrating! I’m trying to take it day by day & trust in the Lord that I’ll get there eventually. I wish my work understood. I can tell they’re frustrated that I still need to work remote but the office is in a high rise building & it takes too much walking to get up there. Sending love & prayers for healing to the other members of the TPF Club. We’ll get through this!

I jumped off a log at my daughters on Easter Day. When I landed I felt something pull, pop or break, I thought I’m hurt. My grandson helped me gimp up the hill and drove me home. My knee swelled up three times it’s size. I called my new doctor and had a video visit. I waited for 5 days for a call from radiology to set up an appointment. No one called so went to the ER to have an X-ray.
Docs came in said I broke my TBF. He said how old are you? I said 67 he said your one tough lady. I call the orthopedic surgeon in the morning and make an appointment.

Lateral Tibea Plateau fracture, 2 weeks after surgery. This accident was not my fault. Right now I am uninsured, unemployed and have to deal with trying to get medical bills paid by the business where this injury happened. Doctor said I would need a knee replacement sometime soon. I'm not a quitter, but I'm living off of my savings right now. If I can't work I'm a burden to others. I've already got a mountain of bills and more to come. THAT, is what keeps me up day and night. I'm an older lady who has worked blue collar jobs all my life. I had a job interview 2 days after this happened and now everything it just seems so hopeless. Until I watched your video I did not know how serious this injury was. I had to ask for financial assistance and I am absolutely humiliated. I want/need to work so badly, but how/why would any employer hire an older blue collar worker like me now. Before I went in to surgery I told my one family member to not let them cut off my leg jokingly. Perhaps it would have been better and cheaper just to let them do that. I'm in a very dark place right now and all I can see is a lot of people who's only concern is getting paid. How can I get back ony feet if I can't afford PT and can't afford a knee replacement? Sorry folks, I'm just in a really bad place right now.

And do not worry about the bills' focus on recovery. I say this as a blue-collar worker. My tibial plateau fracture happened 3 weeks ago no surgery was minimally displaced. My orthopedic surgeon put me in a hinged knee brace after two weeks. I've been working on range of motion now for one week. I am praying this doctor knows what he's doing. And I don't end up 6 weeks in find out he doesn't know what he's talking about and ends up needing surgery.

I broke my tibula and fibula right on my shin about a month and a half ago. This was thankfully a straight break across. When I got home from the hospital I cried for 3 weeks because I couldn't bend my knee and my leg was swollen as heck and I had never broken anything before so this was unbelievable pain. What got my knee stronger were leg lifts off of the couch with your leg straight and i kept trying to lay down and pull my knee up as much as possible but not tooooo much where you'll tear anything. The #1 thing that got my knee back to bending was a stationary bike. After a month I started this and I am now allowed to walk but I'm flat footed and those nails they put in are right there on my flat side. I can walk but with a limp. My problem now after using that bike a mile or two daily is my foot and putting 100% of weight down when I'm walking. It sucks but my knee was also the scariest thing ever and now that I can bend it I'm so relieved.

I got hit by a truck while riding my bike in May and ended up with a tibial plateau fracture that required two surgeries to fix - I had to be in an external fixator for a week for the swelling to go down, and then a week later, that was removed and four plates and 17 screws were needed to fix it. I'm five weeks out from the injury and three weeks away from being able to start weight-bearing, so it's so, so good to see others documenting their recovery and sharing tips!

I had a type 5 during COVID. Two plates on each side and the injury was my fault riding a scooter. 01/21 was my last of 3 surgeries and by March I was able to put as much weight as I could take. June I closed on a house and moved from NJ to Atlanta suburbs. I work 100% remote and I’m also in technology. I have most 90% of my hyper extension and flex back. The experience was hard and lots of tears. That FB group was a great help and support too. Today I’m walking 5-6 miles daily with my under desk treadmill. I also was able to walk 20k steps in a single session then I broke it with 30k in a single walking session which is about 15 miles. I practice intermittent fasting 20/4 and continue to live a healthier lifestyle.

Thank you, Chris. I'm glad I stumbled upon your video while searching for some PT exercises. I had cancer in my right knee at the tibial plateau in 2018 and 2019. After cancer treatment and despite lingering knee pain, I walked and walked. Later, a CT Scan showed two stress fractures and a bone fragment. No treatment options were presented. I did do some PT, but the PT wasn't that helpful. With a BS degree in fitness, I just kept rehabbing it myself. Here I am five years later, and a recent PET/CT Scan has shown a stress fracture to the medial and proximal tibia. I've not seen a orthopedic doc yet. A referral has been submitted. Before cancer, I was a long-distance runner. Boy, do I miss running! So, I understand your frustration there. And, right now, walking is painful. So, besides work, I'm now a flight attendant; I'm not walking outside of work. Like you, I won't give up. However, it's certainly frustrating that this has happened as I've embarked on this new career as an FA. I don't qualify for PFML until after a year of employment with my company. Anyway, thank you for the video and group info.

Good advice sir, this truly is life altering but not life ending - that is my mantra. I am 10 months post op from my Tibial Plateau Schatzker IV fracture with a full meniscal repair and 3 days after surgery had a pulmonary embolism settle in the lower right lobe of my lung. I was fully non weight bearing for 12 weeks and lost a considerable amount of muscle tone which has been my biggest hurdle in getting back to walking. This is a long haul injury and recovery is measured in extremely small gains, but they do happen if you are putting in the work with PT. Your mind can really start beating up your spirit and it's hard to stay positive, but you really need to not go down that rabbit hole too often. I know I will walk without a crutch or a cane eventually (I am now able to take about 14 steps simultaneously with a limp) and that it is just going to take time - something which my PT keeps reminding me of. I think one of the hardest things I found when researching this online was getting frustrated how some people are back to normal in a few months - so I started thinking why isn't that me and what am I doing wrong. Just remember, that your injury is not theirs and to not compare.

Mine happened last November when I took a hard fall while getting onto my horse. I’m 6 months into my recovery, and I’m getting around really well, but there’s still some pain. I use a treadmill, and so far, I’m only at 1.5 miles, and I’m very gradually increasing the speed. Running hasn’t been something I’ve cared about for years, but I’m still very active, and looking forward to riding again as soon as it warms up a little (it’s April in Wisconsin and still COLD). I’ll be 70 in August, and I am determined to get back to doing everything I have done in the past.

@@ponygirl1716 I’m sooo sorry. We both, obviously, love horses, and we know there are risks, but even an older horse can take you by surprise. Now I’m at 9 months, and I’ve been riding my horse most of the summer. I don’t like the hot weather, so that is always a factor. But, I got in a number of trail rides, and I practice a little dressage at home. I’ve always loved the fact that I could jump onto my gelding’s neck (he will put his head down for me), and get him to lift up so I could swing onto him bareback. I was able to do that again this summer, but then I started having trouble because I just couldn’t get enough spring into my jump! Now, I’m trying to figure out what it takes!!
The other day I just took him into the arena with a halter and lead rope to practice, and I finally had to find something small (about 6” in height) to give me a little edge. That worked great, and I got on and off him several times.
I took a hard fall because I had gotten after him (backed him up and slapped him on the shoulder a few times with the reins) for not wanting to leave his buddy. I just wanted to go for a ride in one of the fields, something I’d done a number of times in the past. He’s normally a really well behaved horse, but I don’t ride as much as I used to, and he knows where home is! (I could take him to some trails elsewhere and he’d be fine). When I went to mount, I got one foot in the stirrup and was just lifting up as he went quickly sideways, away from me. I lost my grip and my balance, and landed on really hard ground, which is what fractured my knee. Dammit!!!!
Recovery is slow, and I think I’ve felt most frustrated more recently because I just want to not deal with this anymore! But, I can do just about everything now. I still keep up with exercises to help with stiffness and full range of motion (which still isn’t completely there, but very close). You will be fine! You’ll ride your mare again. If you can afford it at all, send her to a trainer for a few weeks since she’s still learning. If you can’t then do a lot of ground work with her when you’re able (A LOT). Too many people don’t realize that ground manners are really important to having a safe riding horse. I wish you a speedy recovery, and good luck with your mare. ❤️

@@annewatman677 Thank you! Saw the Dr. today and the news is good so far--no surgery required. Still going to be laid up for a minimum of 8 weeks. My mare just got a little stubborn, wanted to leave the arena. I told her No and she started hopping a little (not really rearing), which was fine, but then she spun around and I just went Splat! A very minor fall, but still managed to crack my TP.
I'm glad you're getting back to riding! I wish you all the best in your continued recovery.

@@ponygirl1716 If you don’t need surgery, that will make healing a lot easier! I actually had a tibial fracture on my other leg about 12 years ago, and it also involved a horse! That time I was trying to trim my mare’s hooves. Somehow, she pulled back, I lost my balance, and her hoof came down on my knee and hit my shin. THAT hurt!!! But it was my shin that was really painful, and I just thought I needed to catch my breath. But when I tried to get up, I couldn’t. I actually recovered fairly quickly, especially compared to this time. I’m probably forgetting a lot, but I know I didn’t have the same kind of pain. I managed to call my dad, who helped me into his car. With this one, my husband had to call EMS, and they had to knock me out to get me on the stretcher! I had to wait a week for surgery, and the pain from that was awful.
It’s still going to take time, and you’ll probably want a walker at the very least. It took me about a year to fully recover, but I could do a lot before then. Now, I’m hoping 18 months will be full recovery. Do you PT!!! Don’t push yourself too hard, and listen to your doctor/PT. You will be okay, and you will ride your horse again. (Darn horses!!! But I still love mine.)

@@annewatman677 Oh wow, you broke both tibias--ouch! Yes, I'm doing my best to be good. I have a wheelchair now, since my good knee was really starting to hurt with me using a walker. Once I'm able to start some weight-bearing on my injured leg, I'll go back to the walker. I'm thrilled right now because the doc said I can start stretching my knee gently, which is awesome because it stiffens up so easily.
I'm worried about my mare, because she's insulin-resistant and needs exercise, even if it's just 15 minutes in the round pen 3 times a week. Right now I can't do anything with her, and I'm afraid I might have even worse chronic pain in my knee after this. My family is after me to sell her, which I really don't want to do, but it seems like it might be the best thing for her. Maybe I'll send her to a trainer for a month and see what happens. Thanks for your encouraging words.

shew, broke my left tibial plateau when I was 17. That was probably 1981 or so. I'll be 58 in March. Broke it playing basketball, warming up. Nobody around me, someone shot the ball, i jumped for a rebound, heard a pop. Found myself sitting on the court, legs up to my chest and left leg sunk in at the kneecap. I knew I was messed up. My buddies got me up and my leg sort of pop back out and started swelling. Took me to ER, surgery the next morning. 28 days in the hospital. 8 weeks in a straight cast. 8 weeks in a straight splint. Some of the most painful physical therapy that I have ever encountered. I'm sure things are alot better now a days compared to when my injury took place. Good to see you are recovering. My knee, so far has never really given me a problem. It grinds and pops but maybe the replacement can be put off a while longer..the original surgeon told me by age 55 I'd have to have it replaced. Keep on keeping on!!!!

Chris thank you so much for sharing. I just did the same thing that was totally my fault. We are in the middle of moving from a home we have life at for 27 years so we have a lot of stuff to go through . We were actually getting stuff out of the attic in the garage. And trying to be some help on a very hot day, I went up the ladder about 4 steps and my Husband lowered down a light weight wooden chair and the leg of the chair got hung up and pushed me out and I missed the rail to stop the fall and the leg slipped and catch it in the step which I feel did the first damage and then the landing sealed the deal. I am so thankful to God that it wasn’t any worse. I am very disappointed in myself but I will use the bump in the road to show God I will trust Him in all things. He is my provider and He will send help to us so my husband doesn’t kill himself trying to do it all by himself. I said well Lord you have my attention 100% now and You will show me your faithfulness. I will tell others what great things He has done for me and my husband. I will connect with a Facebook group like you suggested. Thank you again Chris May God continues to bless you and strengthen you in all you do.

My ortho told me yesterday that my leg doesn't need surgery. I'm on my week 7 now since the accident. Can you share important tips based from your experience that can help for my recovery and for others experiencing this situation? 😊

@@msteariousmm7482 well I was non-weight bearing until mid January. I had also broken my left ankle and the tibial plateau fracture was in my right leg. So I didn’t get to start PT until February or maybe a little later. I had to have another surgery in December to take some screws out of my right leg that had moved. So a lot of things were in the way along with Covid in January. Praise God we all overcame that but it slowed things down. So I think PT really helped me. I still need it and I now walk with a walker. I have a slight varus deformity in my right leg meaning it looks bowed. But the physical therapy is really what helps for sure. Exercise as much as you can and try to build the muscles back up. I lost a lot of muscle as well and my big problem is my leg is still weak but my left leg is great now but doing most of the work.

Hi I just had a tibia plateau fx. 4 weeks ago. No surgery. Hope it gets better. Doing everything the doctor tells me. A dog ran into me and knocked me over. Talk about life changing. You are an inspiration. Thankyou

Thanks for the video. Just found out from an MRI that I have a TPF type III. Mine was from falling down some stairs. I've been off crutches and walking with some pain for about 3 weeks now and I get this phone call from the PA telling me to get back on crutches and no weight on that knee. So here I am 1 week from flying to help with a family member in hospice and I have to be on crutches. Ugh! Surgeon appt on 9/26 so I'm glad you mentioned the Facebook group. At least I can gather some info about this on there. Glad you are healed!
