Chicken Chow Mein Street Style - How To Make Perfect Chow Mein Noodles by (HUMA IN THE KITCHEN)

INGREDIENTS:
210 g instant chow mein noodles or spaghetti noodles
400 g boneless chicken
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
SAUCE:
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1-2 tbsp red chili sauce
6-8 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp honey or 1 tsp sugar
VEGETABLES:
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup capsicum
OTHERS:
2 tsp oil for noodles
2 tsp salt for noodles
2 tbsp sesame oil for noddles
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp thinly sliced ginger
1 tbsp thinly sliced green chili
6-8 tbsp oil for cooking
4 tbsp green onion to garnish

Ma ny kal try ki , noodles aap sy double liye aur chicken 600 gms liya. Pr chilli sauce aap ny jo batae us sy half li aur baqi sub ingredients itny hi liye jitny aap ny kaha tha phir b mirch kafi taiz thi. Please check krain k description ma jo quantity likhi ha vo sahi ha. Baqi sub bohat munasib tha aur mujay aap ki recipe b bohat pasand aae. Ma next time chilli sauce aur black pepper aur kam dalo gi.❤
