  • Bang Bang Chicken is one of those dishes that we tend to always order if we see it on the menu in a restaurant. 9 times our of 10 it will be the more Americanised version of the dish but I wanted to create a version that fused the traditional Chinese version with the American one.
I'd love to hear what you guys think of this one if you give it a try. I really enjoyed the balance between the nutty, sticky sauce and the freshness from the cucumber salad in the flatbreads.
If you want to give it a try, grab the recipe on the link below and remember to tag me in your photos.

Debut for the tiniest whisk I’ve ever seen in my life ha ha! Great recipe, need to try this!

hahaha I found it rattling round in the bottom of a drawer and thought it looked handy. Apparently it came with a hot chocolate kit at Christmas but it is now my "making small batches of sauce" whisk 🤣

Thanks man, it is really tasty - I've already had requests from the kids to make it again. The skewers should hopefully be available or something similar - this is the ones I have but they are from a company in the UK - amzn.to/3Z1j2Jn

Great video, thanks. I'll have to give this a go on my new KJ. Can I ask where you got the nifty little saucepan from.

Hi, we were in Lidl getting some veg and I spotted it in a clearance bin. I thought it might be handy for sauces etc but to be honest, the plastic handle makes it a bit of a pain to work with.
