@@dibbledabble4405 no it’s been changed around a bit but it’s pretty close. I wanted to add a few more “for fun” cards, but we did interview a top 32 nemesis player on the channel for a more recent list
I am Just getting into Battle spirits (Brand new player) I just finished watching the official "How to play video" , this was a really well put together video. I am a bit confused on a couple turns, also have trouble remembering what all the cards did. But I found myself enjoying this entire vod. Really hope you put out more content like this in the future
Arguably the best showcase battle I've watched. My improvement suggestions: 1. Show a screenshot of both deck lists. 2. Reduce the size and lower/remove the voice for the "core step, draw step, refresh step, main step" thing. I can certainly see how this will help players learn the correct order for competetive play (I'm guilty of draw before core all the time), but it was a bit grating to the gameplay with how intrusive and frequent it was. Look forward to watching more. Shout out to Kozmic, I've been working on a similar Shadow build.
Yeah the decklist part was a bit of a goof on my end, once it was uploaded forgot to do it. And for sure, I'll look into how to make the phase change useful and visible, but less in your face
Absolutely appreciated the editing, it was nice being able to see the core count, hand size, all the extra info. my only tip is , maybe as the vid progression have the "reminder of steps" just flash in with a neat sound effect so it doesn't become repetitive.
I'm really liking these gameplay videos. Not only is it alot of fun to watch others play the game, it's also helping me learn various mechanics that I haven't seen before
A buddy of mine at the shop has picked this game up. I haven't had the chance to play it with him yet. This video certainly made me want to give it a try since I had no idea what was going on, but the edits were very well done.
You both did an amazing job and most Clear commentary. Sending to new players at my local since the phases helped getting an understanding especially the clear flash steps.
This was solid, and as someone who has done only minor editing before this is a lot to do so mad respect for the presentation and the voiced steps was a nice touch
Solid gameplay and both decks that I am working on. I am gonna try pure yellow Luster 1st, but I have really considered the white package to give you time to build up to the Luster combos. Also, really think the purple is an interesting build and a Nemesis focused build is a great take on it. Great games, great decks, great players and content creators and looking forward to more of this!
That was a epic match, great editing and just all around fun and entertaining to watch. Only minor gripe I had was that you guys didn’t showcase your decks. I was really intrigued with that white luster build and wanted to see if I can come up with my own foundation based off of fundamentals from this build since I’m a unfamiliar with white but very familiar with yellow luster. Once again great match!!!
I have slowly been switching to lavender aggro (white/purple) its been interesting. Overall really joining both colors for what they bring to the table. Enjoying this show case.
hey man, great editing...solid gameplay, congrats for that. do you allow me to give you my 2 cents? 1- the core cards is a no go, i often felt confused by your board, specially when watching in a smaller screen - iphone 2- i missed the indication of your life totals because you were using the core cards, but also you should consider squeeze life total close to the no of cards in hand, the color of the cores makes difficult to also see Kozmic's LT - keep the others tough 3-i did not like the voice calling the phases of the game nor such a big indication of it in the screen, often it was on top of what you guys where saying during the match. As we dont need to know what was the last card played by both players since there is not stack in bss... perhaps you might consider to leave on the left only the last card played (by both players - Pro Tour Magic style) and on the right a small (no sound pls) indication of the phase throughout the entire match. good luck with your channel
How did you use both Exhaust Nexus and Burning Force from one attack without blockers? I thought there's only one flash step per attack if there is no block.
Read comprehensive rules again and I think I mistook the flash window rules to only giving both players one chance to use one before block declaration. That's good to know then.
9-3-2 If the number of cores on a spirit or nexus becomes insufficient for LV1, that card is destroyed. When a spirit or nexus owner’s actions or cost payments result in a change in the number of cores on the card or a change in the LV1 cost of the card, and consequently the number of cores on the spirit or nexus becomes insufficient for LV1, that spirit or nexus is considered to be self-destroyed. Effects which trigger when a card is destroyed and effects which substitute some other management for destruction do not activate under these circumstances
Why you refresh 2 beldegor in field? And … Why you use burning force for only one remove spirit.? Im confuse….you can activated burning force only for 2 spirits no one! And beldegor can summonig him only If 1 cost 4 or 5 is dead!
The turn switcher step thing is no good, it's louder than normal volume and gets repetitive and annoying really quick. Next time just have it as text somewhere and highlight the phases as they happen or just remove it.
Thanks for putting this together! Was a ton of fun and something entirely different than what i'm used to. Can't wait to see whats next!
Is the decklist the same in that video you made two months ago?

Yeah definitely trying to find the balance between info to reinforce for new players and what to not overdo for annoyance. Appreciate the critique

Yeah the deck showcase was a fail on my end. I'll definitely note to showcase them in future games!
Now this is a video!!! Nice guys keep it up.
unexpected ygo legacy of the duelist soundtrack
Nice video, the quality is great. Was just wondering why Kozmic didnt attack with his level 4 spirits before destroying them with Nemesis effect?
I have slowly been switching to lavender aggro (white/purple) its been interesting. Overall really joining both colors for what they bring to the table. Enjoying this show case.
LET'S GOOOOOOO THIS IS THE VIDEO I ALWAYS WANTED
Hey guys is there a deck list for the lister deck George was playing
That was awesome thanks
i dont understand the game but its cool to see this game have its own pot of greed haha :D
Ok I want that luster profile
Asking a question. can a spirit monster with low attack defend the player even if the attacking monster has higher Battle power?

There's one flash step. However the flash step only ends when there's 2 consecutive passes without using a flash effect

im confused as to why your removing cores for bishop when summon at 16:53
What was the last card you played? Pressure?
cool animation... my favorit is purple
I’d love to participate, after I top Ohio I’d love to stem into these highlights😏
Isn’t elephant draw 3 or charge 3 core? 9:12
it's both
im pretty sure core removal doesn't count as destroyed so you shouldn't be able to draw with the elephant
Core removal is destruction. It usually doesn't proc when destroyed because most are tied to levels. But Elephant's isn't.

You can burning force for 1 target. You resolve as much as possible
