Wow thank you so much for leaving that comment. It's really really helpful so I can know what people want to learn. ANND of course your comment will hep other people find it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me what you thought! I hope it helped you!
I wish you would've started the video by addressing the emerging startup brand that's transitioning from the kitchen counter to the small batch co-packer. Too many folks have these visions of grandeur where they're going to get rich by talking Wendy's into buying their crockpot chili recipe, and nothing could be further from the truth. It wasn't until the end that you touched on the small food entrepreneur and how they should communicate with the co-packer. If you haven't already, devote a step-by-step video to the small guy/girl trying to bring their product to market and how to scale it thereafter.
Very informative. It gave me bunch of information and answered many questions I had. I am a chef and my son has a youtube channel where he shows videos of my cooking delicious dishes. Now I am thinking of making suaces that will help people cook gourmet meals with ease and eat home cooked meals. I have subscribed to your channel and will see more of your videos. Thanks.

Hello! I recently found you on RUclips and have begun watching your videos. We have been closed since Hurricane Harvey hit but are looking to go back into business and want to be able to offer a shelf stable version of our gourmet candy (previously have only offered preservative free candy that has to be eaten within a few weeks). Can you recommend a source that gives lots of info on different preservatives? Obviously we would want to use a preserve that would change our product as little as possible. Thank you for creating this channel.
Hi Matt - few co-packers will only do 200 bottles. If they do, they will be VERY expensive. I think you will be better off doing the factories MOQ (minimum order quantity). And there are certainly factories that have capacity in small quantities. Let me know if you end up commercializing it and how it goes!?
Super super helpful, Thank you!!
thank you for the comment and letting us know! We hope you find a contract manufacturer you love and can trust. Let us know how the search goes!
This is the best informational video on co-packing
