I've tried doing this before and yes I lost my balance almost immediately, but also blood flooded to my head so fast it actually hurt and I did it for like 3 seconds. Much less in a mask and hot af jump suit while playing guitar for a couple thousand people at the same time.

They did a lot of improv throughout the years. It was subtle in the beginning but it happens all the time and i fucking love it nowadays at live shows
