Unusual... the Realtor said the house was "stunning", AND IT WAS! Thank you Michael. One little request; the video is showing on a global stage... give us more detail in the address. We had to resort to Google to find that, sadly, it was not in Belmont, Lower Hutt, New Zealand. If it was, our interest might have been "sparked". 😢

Advancing years may mean a rethink sometime, and offspring in the Hutt Valley may be a factor "down the track". (Hopefully a long way down the track, probably for all parties!) 😜
