SETUP WITHOUT SPLITTER CABLE. -
STEP 1 -> Make sure the Controller and Headphones are not connected to anything before you begin.
STEP 2 -> Go to Audio Settings on the PS5 and change speaker output to HDMI(TV)
STEP 3 -> In the Elgato software settings (4K Capture Utility or Game Capture), change the audio from Analog to HDMI as well
STEP 4 -> In OBS change the audio settings for the Elgato software input from Monitor Off to Monitor and Output
STEP 5 -> Connect your Headphones(Any) to your PC or Mac and you'll get Game Audio/Desktop Audio etc. without all the Cable Mess!

Found Elgato HD60 very efficient to livestream my gaming session. My video hosting service (StreamingVideoProvider) suggested Elgato HD60 and AVerMedia Live Gamer ULTRA GC553 and found both of them very efficient.
I know it was a year ago but this helped me out today a lot thx!
Hey when recording gameplay on a ps5 with the Elgato HD 60 s+ is it still possible to play in 120fps even tho the Elgato would only be recording in 60fps? Because I have the original Elgato HD Capture card from many years ago and immediately when I plug it in, it caps my ps5 frames at 60fps because that’s what it’s recording at. Is there a work around that with these newer Elgatos or even that old one?
Will the Elgato chat link pro work as the two audio splitters to pick up game and party chat?
