Electricians can't use any colour anywhere. Red, Yellow, and Blue specifically for phase. Black is neutral. Green or yellow with a green spiral for earthing.

जब आपने switch board खोला तो उसमें मैने फेन की रेगुलेटर connection देखा जो कि पुरानी स्टाइल से तार को जोड़ कर किया गया है। उसे modified तरीके से कीजिए। तार की joint नहीं रहेगी।

Easiest way to find out neutral is to find out 5 pin socket's N point and check if there is current or not, if tester didnt light up then it means you have found the Neutral and same way you can find Line/Phase wire.. hope this helps to my non trained friends ☺️

But setup needs to be done on the same wifi.

In my case, my Wipro Smart Plug stopped working after six months. The complaint was registered a week later, and from that point, everything proceeded smoothly, from product pickup to delivery.
You talk too much. You said you will open the packing and show us. But sorry you didn't live upto your words. No ordinary person can open the electrical panel. Your duty first to show the product. But you hide it. Why?? We learn nothing about the product. Before it is fixed you should show the actual product opening the packing. Your box packing conveniently hide name and details.
