@@williamdavidson9009 I think they came out about the same time as the Ford 9N, and 8N tractors, about 27hp I think, so they might have been designed for that hp range?
@@bebo5558 Yes they probably were designed for the N series Fords but with that big tractor it can blow any snow no trouble. I have an ARPS that didn't work very well behind a Kubota L2850 but works with my Oliver 550. I also extended the worn paddles and that made a big difference
@@williamdavidson9009 Yes, I agree hp seems to make everything work better, snowblowing, grass cutting, plowing. I've seen the mods for the paddle extensions and bolt on rubber scraper ends, they look like a big improvement!
Hello, and thanks for comment. Our snowblowers are designed for Scandinavian weather. Here normally snow is cleared when it has rained 3 to 15 cm (1-8 inches). Very heavy raining is so uncommon, we does not have any needs to use front mounted blowers. If some heavy rain came, we use V type plows in front of tractor to make a path and then widen it with snowblower. Regards Joonas Potkonen Wieska dealer Ilomantsi Finland
@@Kumpulanperinnetila Thanks for your reply ,Im in the USA And never seen rear blowers unless your driving backward with it......HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL IN FINLAND

There are "screw"type of blowers for contractors for mounting on the front or reversing into the snow. ... and then there is industrial model. www.varilasteel.com/kunto/
Why are all these videos of blowing snow on level ground? My 800ft driveway has 60ft difference from the bottom to the top. You can not get up without 4 wheel drive.
are they studded tires on that tractor?
Yes they are
Very, very old design, but seems to work well, like it always did!
It also helps that they have plenty of horsepower with that tractor.

Hyvin näyttää toimivan hiljasessakin vauhdissa vaikka on märkää lunta.

We live in in a mostly flat country.
