Heya, I'm getting a "Failed to identify current slot" I''ve got Arrow 12 on my Poco F3 and I've got the right firmware and everything ready to do Mi Flash gives me that error. Would love some help. Thank you! Edit: Never mind, I got it working. I uninstalled the Mi Flash tool, restarted my pc, installed Mi Flash again (in its default directory) and then I put the extracted fastboot rom in the Mi Flash directory. It all worked after that. I must have done something wrong before. Thank you for the help anyway!

hey munchy have you ever experienced fastboot error which the device disconnects from fastboot and shows "press any key to shutdown" whenever you try to run a fastboot command???
So, am I right in thinking this error is to be ignored? I'm currently flashing my Redmi 4a and the only indication that something is perhaps not going smoothly is that missmatch error. Should I interrupt my flashing process?
