This was great Cat. Thank you so much! On that last opportunity for headstand, I decided to go for it when I'd stayed in standing split for all the others. I was just feeling it. I had a few goes on each leg and got the closest I ever have to pincha mayurasana! It felt great. Aaaand even had the strength and warm enough muscles to not get injured when my last attempt went a little too far and I somersaulted right into my dining table 😅 Thanks for the great flows. Getting through a longer one and getting so close to achieving a pose I didn't realize I might be on the verge of attaining was a huge confidence boost and a great way to start the weekend.
Wow, I love your confidence. That is what holds me back from doing handstands and headstands. I am always so worried I am going to fall into something! Kudos to you for going for it.
I was dubious to do this in the morning, but it helped release tension, it got my muscles warmed and awake and engaged and also mellowed me out before my wonderfully busy day ahead!
I loved this flow! I challenged myself with each pose and felt myself getting stronger. I even attempted all of the inversions. 1 hour flew by so quickly. 🥰
Your workout is very good. But the last section of your all vedios are like wonderful. This is the best part where you can connect with your inner feeling, thoughts ,breath...infact inner you.lots of love
Loved every minute - amazing flow! Love the focus on arm balance and inversion and also the yin at the beginning and end to warm up and cool down properly! Definitely one to come back to time and again...
A well conceived flow. Challenging asanas really that keep you focused 💯. Should practice it more often to follow up it fluidly and have more 😉 fun.Thank you Cat fot sharing as always.
