Conte is a Diva who only plays for teams that spend 300 million on Summer Transfers. Bielsa simply doesn’t like taking charge of teams or players like that. Bielsa is humble and doesn’t brag about his accomplishments like other managers do. But the fact is that he is actually extremely accomplished and is a legend for most teams he has ever managed. There are many mangers that have won more traditional trophies but aren’t even close to the level of Bielsa.

I respect Bielsa deeply and acknowledge his contribution to our club and for restoring us to the PL. We really suffered for them 16 years. There are times however when I am disappointed with some of his decisions like refusing to buy a playmaker and wasting 25m on James, persisting with Roberts who offers nothing and delaying the progress of youngsters especially Gelhardt. That said, there's more on the credit side to Bielsa.
