@@TheWhisselWayvery good. If I could take one thing away, it’s the idea of systems. Focus on the system, enhance that, and then the outcome will be a result of that system. It helps bring more interest and excitement to the process itself, rather than just hitting some mark. It also helps when identifying some areas of my life that aren’t to my liking. Just look at that system and the present situation becomes clear.

I was going to the gym the last two yrs at least 2 times a week, just doing minimum work, the last month and half i found my self doing cross fit, Thanks james clear
The mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels was also super helpful. Building a system is helpful, but it's even more important to stay mindful.
