  • Learn an easy way to join the ends of your binding on your quilt. This method makes a continuous binding strip with no obvious bulk or seams.

    I do not understand why joining bias tape is so difficult for me! I watched this video over five times, but I got it!!! Woohoo! Thank you for explaining how to do this in a way that made sense!

    This is the first time I've used the diagonal joining of the strips. Of course I wanted the last join to match. You turned my nightmare into a sweet dream. It worked the very first try! Thank you for this tutorial. ❤🎉

    Thank you! I've tried so many different ways and always end up seam ripping it at least once during the process. This was so simple and worked right the first time! Within 5 minutes of finishing this video, I had the binding completed!

    Oh my goodness - thank heavens for you! I am a relative beginner and have made a few quilts and easily bound them. The n made the mistake of watching some videos and the presenter started with “everyone finds this difficult” followed by a complicated tutorial - and I lost the plot and could not longer do it! You have put me back on track. Thank you thank you thank you / you made it clear and simple . Did I say thank you?

    I just used your tutorial to finish my quilt. I have been quilting for 25+ years. I never stop learning and I never stop seeking info. I said all that to tell you that yours is the BEST tutorial I have found on this subject. So concise...you could be teaching diamond cutters for the Hope Diamond and it couldn't be improved upon.     Your tip to pull the ends taut is so important! I didn’t on 2 wall hangings I made and got that dreaded pucker that you mentioned. Should have watched your video first!

    I twisted my join twice today on my very first quilt. And I could not figure out what I was doing wrong, then I searched and found your video and all of a sudden it was like a light went on, and I understood what I was doing wrong.     I just followed this video and it worked great! I had to rip out a bit of stitching to make it easier to see the diagonal seam but it worked excellent!! Thank you!

      Glad it helped! Definitely can happen if you don't leave a large enough unsewn area but luckily that's an easy fix.
