nice. I'd love for you (or someone) to put together a kit for all of the Base/Premium WRX (and Base Crosstrek) owners that got shafted out of mirror signals to be able to add signals to our mirrors. Have different levels (1, 2, 3, etc.) such as: cap and signal (level 1), cap and sequential signal (level 2), cap/signal/new mirror glass (level 3), carbon fiber caps/signal (level 4), and so on and so on. This parts piece meal thing is annoying. I know 15+ WRX/Sti use 14-18 Crosstrek mirrors so parts should not be that hard to come by.
What do they look like when your done ? Good video on how take mirror apart if i wrap it vinyl. Thanks. But as for the mirrors doesn't have all the features as my factory ones . My factory ones heat up and signal have a blind spot assists.
Hi Mat, the fist minute of the video shows the mirror installed and functioning. Also the mirrors all come with the heater built in and we have the blind spot version available as well.
will this work on my 2016 wrx limited?

To bad you can’t install them on the base model even though I bet all the harnesses are there to do it
You can install them on the base model, we have an optional plug and play harness for it on the product page. The wiring is in the door panel, you just have to run the harness form the door panel up to the mirror.

Does it matter which side the defroster connects? Left or right?
I notice it wasn't mentioned in the video either so when I installed mine, I kept track of what was the inner wire and the outer wire. It's an easy install if you take your time and be patient. Took about 6 minutes per mirror. Hope this helps.
