    Did this workout yesterday… and I am sooo sore. Everywhere. Lol. Especially my inner thighs, glutes and hams. Feel in my upper too. Great workout. Thank you girls. Loved this format. 💪🔥

    Can you plz mention the weights that you used? The orange, blue and the black one

      Hi there! We mention this in the introduction. Orange weights are 10 lbs., black are 8 lbs, and the blue weights are 5 lbs. Hope this helps!
