Next time there is a long line and you do not feel like waiting, simply gather up the long stringy part into your palm and insert the top of the T into your nostril. Pretend you are about to sneeze with your hand over your nose as you approach the line and then let it loose while once you have most people's attention. Then begin walking towards people with the exposed strand dangling and shaking around. I promise you will clear most any place out- this is especially effective at restaurants. Also very good in Urgent Care centers if you make biohazard references.

Make sure you use high temperature hot glue for the hanger hack, especially if you don't have a.c. My grandma showed me that hack but didn't mention the high temp glue tip and I ended up with glue all over the insides of a bunch of sweaters and jackets that had been stored in a garage all summer.
