I discovered you this year, and mashalla, your videos are so entertaining. I am living in UAE, and i have so many container alternatives here, but i never considered using the glass ones for the freezer. And every time i see your videos, i feel an urgent need to start cooking and cleaning also 😅

Hi just came across your channel this morning love the way you are organised and have a way of cooking. When I make samosa I put my samosas on a tray and put in freezer for about a hour and when they go a bit hard then into freezer bags! I always make about a 100 so I would not have enough space in freezer, even though I have 3 freezers! Your style in the kitchen is very similar to mine , the way you wash the dishes to the way you cook lol. It’s like I am looking at myself.

If u are to freeze the samosa first freeze them on a tray for like 30 minutes then u can transfer them to a zip lock that way they can stick together ❤
