Need suggestions about these 2 laptops:-
1) asus zenbook 14 that comes with ultra 7 155h processor (14th gen) 16gb ram 1 tb ssd.
2) lenovo yoga slim 7i that also comes with the same ultra7 155h and 32gb ram and 1 tb ssd.
I dont want to do any gaming. Mid level editing not proffessional level. Need a laptop which can survive in long run.

Bought thr Laenevo ideapad gaming 3 1.5 Yr ago . Just giving my feedback for students or editor. No problem at all i bought it at 52850/- but now price is below 48k (expected) 11th gen with i5 . Working very good for me edited more than 120 videos on it Nothing bad . You can go for it which is 12th gen ig its new btw (enginnering perspective)

A laptop is something you'd use for about 4 years or more. I'd suggest going with something a bit more high end for future proofing. Go with i7 H series+ rtx 4060 laptop. You have to spend about 1L to 1.2L.
Or better yet, if you're serious about editing, you know you have to do it on a desk. Get an assembled PC and pick the monitor you like separately.

Do you think Asus / Lenovo / Acer are trustworthy & log lasting brands? At least for 4 years perspective.
Earlier I tried Lenovo but faced lot of issues. On the other side Dell has no issue since last 4 years except once battery change.

Rakesh bhai processor max kitna purana hone tak thik hai bcoz laptop avg 3-4 saal chalana padta hai. For eg. i5-12450H was launched in Q1'2022 as per intel's website.
