Then hire or vote into office better city civic leaders that do not come up with stupid unconstitutional ordinances like this. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in florida officially ruled in 2014 that feeding the homeless is a protected right under the first amendment in America.
An organization called Food Not Bombs argued a city ordinance in Florida that did not allow individuals to share food with homeless people in public parks. This law is no longer in effect.

I think that the people who complained about not feeling comfortable just don’t like having homeless people around maybe they should put themselves in their place to see what it’s like to be homeless ‼️ Anyone of us could possibly be homeless one day including me I live on Disability and my Retirement that I had to take out way before I was suppose to my rent is almost all of my disability money $200.00 is all I have left from that and that’s the reason I took my retirement money early if I wouldn’t have I would get a lot more money from retirement. That’s all the money I have if something would happen to my daughter ( god forbid ) I probably would be homeless I’m just below the poverty level I also have a link card and Medicaid Medicare. The thought of something happening is always on my mind and to be honest it scare’s me ‼️ My landlord raised my rent and didn’t tell me until a few day’s before the end of May ANYONE CAN BECOME HOMELESS INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN AND SAY THAT THEY AREN’T COMFORTABLE WITH THE HOMELESS BEING THERE ‼️ They could volunteer to help feed the homeless and maybe then they would realize that homeless people are people who had something terrible happen in their live’s there are some people who fake being homeless and those people should be ashamed of themselves because it makes some people wonder if they really are homeless and that hurts the real homeless population. 😔

Wish government would explain their logic to the public then work with charities. Believe their goal is to have homeless in specific locations where they can monitor them, homeless will migrate to where there are resources like food (bait), then they can be documented, given assistance, checked for warrants. If feeding stations spread out to other areas, homeless will follow the food and city loses control.
