    I have to admit that I don't really have any use for your products, but I love watching your videos because I am so proud that there is an American manufacturing company proving that products can still be made competitively in the USA. Your company is a shining example of American ingenuity and hard work. Thank you for employing fellow Americans and best of luck to you.

    Make your stop with a chain keyhole in it so the gear box can be removed and the arm used for lifting. I have both, a boom (bought first) and an auger I use the boom 20x more than the auger.

    Ted great job designing a new PHD for us SCUT owners. I would like to see a couple of additions to your PHD though; I find that with no down pressure on the 3 point it can be difficult to get the bit started in Texas hard clay a place to pin in a bar handle so a person can help guide the angle and put some force down. Also, build a good stand that can help with connecting the PHD to the SCUT.

    I wish you had Canadian distributors. Attachments for subcompacts are hard to find and cost about as much as compact size.

    Kubota says that L2501 is their most popular selling tractor but I've watched 100 videos trying to learn what would work best on mine, apparently I own the only one. Never any mention of such a beast, not even on the discussion forums.

      We sell tons of attachments for L2501 tractors! Our 6900 or 6900HD EA post hole diggers will fit it perfectly. Check them out here www.everythingattachments.com/Tractor-Post-Hole-Diggers-s/10651.htm

    Looks good. I would really like to see how well it works in rocky soil up to baseball size stones. I don't have clean pretty dry clay like shown.

    I bought an ETA PHD for my B7800 last year. I got it to work, but the bit would drag in transport and I had to dig out the bit a few times because I couldn't pull it up. With where I had the hoop and lift positioned, there just wasn't enough leverage. Is there anyway you could do a retrofit of some sort to get some of the features you put in this landshark model onto the ETA compact model. The landshark seems to work really really well for that size tractor.

    I know this is an older video , but , Will this digger work on a Cub Cadet 184 ?

    • @EverythingAttachments
      @EverythingAttachments  3 года назад

      It depends on the tractor.. It requires a normal category 1 three point hitch, and a center pto shaft for 540rpm.

    Been looking at RUclips for post hole diggers for compact tractors just found your video I can tell you the one problem with your product, in my Township and in most of our state minimum hole depth for Footers and pilings is 42in minimum depth they like to see 48in to 50in because of the frost line. Do you have a solution for compact tractors that need a 48 in deep 8 10 or 12 inch auger? My tractor is a Massey Ferguson GC 1725mb.

    • @EverythingAttachments
      @EverythingAttachments  5 лет назад

      Our BX had 18" of ground clearance with the 36" fully raised on flat ground, so we could put a 48" on it and use it, but it would drag in really uneven terrain. We also offer our EA compact post hole digger, which uses a longer boom to give subcompact tractors clearance with 48" long augers. A longer boom stretches out the center of gravity and makes lifting it more difficult in hard soil. We're here to assist customers with choosing the best match for their tractors and applications, so feel free to call us or email sales@everythingattachments.com with any questions. Thanks for watching and commenting!

      @@EverythingAttachments we have an old post hole digger truck back on the farm. the bit on it has a hex hole through the middle of it, allowing you to slide the bit down if you need to dig lower. you can increase the digging depth a foot easy by sliding the bit down. The only issue is you have to pull the bit up every so often and clean the top with a shovel. Granted this one has a 6' bit, but we have drilled end post holes 10' deep with it on 1/4 mile stretches of fence.
      Is this something you could incorporate into the design? I would think that a 1 1/4 hex shaft about two foot long engaging in a hex ID pipe with two cross drilled holes and pins. With the shaft fully in, your digging depth is the same as what you have, then the next hole allows you to dig another foot deeper.
      Based on your current clearance, when fully up, you should still be able to move past the hole.

      Dude, not everyone needs a washed up pretty boy from the 80s to convince them a junk product is worth it. Pretty much every person who actually owns a tractor would rather have 2 guys, just like them, representing the team obsessively working to make a product perfect, even if for just 2 types of tractors.

      Ted is the perfect spokesperson. Founder. Engineer. Inventor. He provides a wealth of information about applied engineering. Concepts, physics, geometry, materials, mfg process and most importantly, field testing!! Who else publicizes their development and testing for all to see? Ted, because he’s passionate about the service and product and is excited to share these amazing products.
