Do you need to lubricate it ? Did it slow up and get harder to pull ?

Yes you will need to do some routine maintenance on these, as with any of the brands I have owned. It's mostly just keeping the tracks clean and debris out of the canister. Pulling the covers shut is never really the issue it's retracting back into the cover that you have to worry about. But like I said keeping the tracks clean and the canister clear and you're good to go. Depending on where you park your truck (up nder trees that she'd alit) you will have to clean your canister out every 4 months to a year. I generally clean mine every 6 months.

Ed have you used roll-n-lock? If so, how does it compare?

Thanks for your honest review. I have been looking at the TCUSA cover for a while now. They cost a lot but I truly feel they might be the most durable cover on the market. A cover that will last longer than the truck kind of cover. Your review has helped me in my decision. thank you!

always good to get a perspective from somebody who has used the merch first hand yet is not trying to sell anything. Looking at the same setup (bedrug and cover) for new Sierra but am tempted by the cargo management option on the Roll n Lock.
