Man this boss battle is so good, the music is good and I love how it starts with a 2v2 and slowly 2v4, had a hard time around the beginning due to Piers being stunned literally right off the bat (thanks Agatio) but man I actually pulled through and the best part was my girl Sheba taking the last hit, man I just love this boss battle so much.
Gaming will NEVER be good again well, they aren’t too strong to begin with and they barely won their fight with Isaac, so it isn’t a surprise it’s easy
I’ll never forget going through the Jupiter Lighthouse. Right when you’re done and trying to reach the top you get a small cutscene of the previous’s protagonist in trouble. You even get a POV of the team being defeated! Alex heals your team knowing damn well you’re about to fight these 2. Cool part is, the boys go first and you can finally get revenge for Issac’s team lol. The hype and excitement when the battle stops after a turn and Jenna & Sheiba come running to join! God, I love those memories
Man, one of the best (or prob the best) battle in GS2. I love how at first there were only just Piers and Felix. Then, comes Jenna and later Sheba. Also, can we talk about the theme of the battle as well as the lighthouse? It's sooooo good! When it comes to stat, I think Agatio and Karst had it than with Menardi and Saturos. And the confrontation, Felix's group and Isaac's group meeting up, betrayals, everything is packed up making the battle more interesting and the feels are just there. Also, I remember this battle theme being stuck in my head when I was a little kid probably because it's frightening yet so good to hear.
Gotta love how they panic when they see "BOGUS's sister" coming, but sure, being the sister of BOGUS itself makes her kind of scary, right ? :p It STILL feels odd seeing Isaac actually talking... I also agree about the epicness of the finisher. ;)
It may be just my opinion but I prefer Agiato and Karst's battle theme over Saturos and Merandi mostly because this the only time in the game that its played where as in the other games they use it for multiple fights I am not saying its bad I'm just saying I like it a bit better because its not overused.
If im not mistaken, it only works if he uses it on a character who didnt use their turn yet, if they already did something that round they will be unable to move
Man I'm so jealous of you! You beat the boss the right way! Like after you get all your teamates back, you beat them easily like how it's supposed to work out! I died even after I got all my team mates...
Alex...lol. "we'll just take the elevator". Even though he's manipulative, sneaky, and condescending sometimes, he's one of my favorite villains in RPG history. Don't know why though....
Agatio is the strongest adept in the series despite fighting unarmed. He has a ton of powerful monster skills and a summon sequence attack he can use freely, as well as the most HP of any adept fought.
@BigNastyB16 The other 2 stayed behind helping Isaac's (Omega) party, which got attack by these 2 some scenes before this. Its easier to understand if you played it for sure, but thats basicaly the reason.
I regret progressing the story by losing, not because I would've gotten alot of exp, but it's satisfying to defeat a strong boss battle and it just feels right of you beat them
I want to play this game again just for this fight. It seemed impossible back in the days without severe out leveling via NG+ but now that I understand the depth of the combat system, I want to give it a shot at a normal level.
If you win, you get dark matter... but if you lose, then Isaac and his group is more willing to trust Felix... in hard mode, those two will butcher you ._.
No it is possible to win it, but it's fucking hard as shit, I mean even on normal mode it's insane. Saturos and Menardi are a joke compared to these guys.
yo cuando lo jugaba en esp.. en mi mente les ponia voces de dobladores latinos conocidos cuando hablaban, volver a ver esto y recordar el momento me llena de lagrimas
I got my ass kicked... but I didn't have to redo the fight. I thought you were supposed to lose, but apparently the game goes on regardless of how you do. Weird.
this shit was so hype when i was a kid i cant even
I like how this is one of the few boss fights where they point out the heroes usually outnumber the villains.
Same using blitz djinn
Probably the most interesting and unique boss fight in the game next to Dullahan and the Doom Dragon.
Saturos and menardi are more epic
@@wouterdehaut337
That fight is a bit too easy
FF & Pokémon will NEVER be good again
Yeah
Gaming will NEVER be good again well, they aren’t too strong to begin with and they barely won their fight with Isaac, so it isn’t a surprise it’s easy
@@joegreen3802 and also saturos. And menardi were supposed to be prox's strongest warriors
"You're late, BOGUS!"

I always enter the gym to this song, it makes me feel bigger than i actually am 😂
How many of you had a save file just for this fight I know I did
I didnt, and I regret it
Yo v.
I did.
HAHA FUCK BRO I ACTUALLY DID. I made it in like 2006 or summat after 3 years of playing lmao
Gotta love how they panic when they see "BOGUS's sister" coming, but sure, being the sister of BOGUS itself makes her kind of scary, right ? :p

and it fits the theme "2v2 deathmatch" then going to "2v4 advantage". It's slow and epic. As good as Saturos' theme
The best battle of whole game!
NOW! LIGHT THE BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It may be just my opinion but I prefer Agiato and Karst's battle theme over Saturos and Merandi mostly because this the only time in the game that its played where as in the other games they use it for multiple fights I am not saying its bad I'm just saying I like it a bit better because its not overused.
I love how cage almost never hits anyone when Agatio uses it...sadly he had doom dragon to make up for that.
If im not mistaken, it only works if he uses it on a character who didnt use their turn yet, if they already did something that round they will be unable to move

if this didn't hype you up as a kid, nothing did
Is Agatio fighting you unarmed? The absolute madman
i think he is using his punch as weapon...
Wait I just realized that now. He's the only one in the Fire Clan who never used a weapin4
His weapon probably some sort of knuckles
Agatio is the strongest adept in the series despite fighting unarmed. He has a ton of powerful monster skills and a summon sequence attack he can use freely, as well as the most HP of any adept fought.
there's an alternative to when the party loses to the two
i lost to them.. ill admit it
I won but survivors are felix and cosma
I love how you used Steel on Karst. xD For those who don't get it, read Steel's info.
@BigNastyB16 The other 2 stayed behind helping Isaac's (Omega) party, which got attack by these 2 some scenes before this. Its easier to understand if you played it for sure, but thats basicaly the reason.
guess one can say Karst and Agatio....Released the Bogus
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEAYAH
ya *BOGUS*
Agatio used so many of his turns using Cage xD
also Agatio...the only character in GS to fight with his fists
IDyce88 you’re forgetting dark dawn.
@@UNOwen-ih8mg who fought with their fists in dark dawn?
Sveta, the lycan girl.
@@UNOwen-ih8mg hmmm...technically she used her claws. not fists. but i suppose.
Until I actually beat this, I thought it was impossible. :P
Nice job.
Nostalgia man.

i thought it was a scripted defeat since you only have felix and piers xD
5:03 eclipse is awsome
man i was never able to get here ....
My favorite part is 1:44 - 1:51
If you win, you get dark matter...
but if you lose, then Isaac and his group is more willing to trust Felix...
in hard mode, those two will butcher you ._.
oh wow. i thought it was a scripted battle
No it is possible to win it, but it's fucking hard as shit, I mean even on normal mode it's insane. Saturos and Menardi are a joke compared to these guys.
Lol you named the protagonist Bogus ?
I thought the odds were fair, two on two. Right Omega? :D
@asndarknessdragon indeed :P
Although with BOGUS involved the odds sometimes are... well... bogus lol
battle starts at 1:47. right omega
Made up a challenge for this fight: YOLO. You can't revive at all. Protip: Beat Karst first.
Also, best finish ever.
yo cuando lo jugaba en esp.. en mi mente les ponia voces de dobladores latinos conocidos cuando hablaban, volver a ver esto y recordar el momento me llena de lagrimas
They just beat isaac and ivan, so unfair, leave them rest!
How do you rename your other characters?
You didn't do the thing where you answer No to every single Yes/No question?
Awesome keep 'em comin :D
I got my ass kicked... but I didn't have to redo the fight. I thought you were supposed to lose, but apparently the game goes on regardless of how you do. Weird.
My favorite part of the game =D
Why Bogus tho.
@C00LiIce yes
Oh yeah and lol at 5:25 for completely unnecessary healing.
Lmao bogus
bogus lol
Really don't like their theme :[
