VW touareg 2004. V8 4.2L. Transfercase motor assembly. Replace or rebuild.

I had a flashing light come on my turn dial for high and low gear come one. And i would hear like a humming noise. So I ordered a new one this was the part number. I did clean brushes and fixed the problem with the old one. So now I have a back up one. I hope this video helps the next person.

Did you have a light on the dash before you went about cleaning? If so did ot solve the problem?

They do get weak buy the one I posted.
