    Boat Damage Hole Control
The hole diameter is 15 cm. The outlet pressure is 65 kgf and the pressure inside the tank increases to 97 kgf after shut off.
The following image shows the internal pressure of the experimental rig.
The barometric pressure is slightly lower than the image you see now, but the barometric pressure is displayed.
    • Boat Damage Control Ma...
Did the boat crash and damage the hole?
Did you urgently repair a broken hole with a wooden wedge?
Don't be educated in an impossible way.
It took more than an hour to shut off the water flowing into the flush, or it couldn't.
Now you can block in 2 minutes.

Don't be so bothered by these comments. 90% of the people who watch this are here because the RUclips algorithm brought them here. They do not have the slightest idea about the topic. Praise you for choosing a job that can save someone's life.
I don't know about this topic either, but I know how difficult it is to design a device. The mere fact that you managed to invent a device with which a person is able to fight with such a great force without the use of electricity or hydraulic is very impressive.

This important video makes the point that you can poke a needle (or its equivalent) into the high-pressure rushing water, inflate it in whatever way? (it would reasonably need a selection of devices with a variety of accessories, including biting tungsten bits that would engage the steel pipe or the surface beyond the aperture visible internally allowing a water clamp seal to be screwed in place broadly in line with what is seen in this video, use your imagination. There are too many ships on the ocean whose engineers know just how catastrophic, and how reasonably foreseeable different failures are?. Very well done whoever put this video together........

It's a very simple idea. When you put an umbrella-shaped anchor in the damage hole and open it from the inside to approach the damage hole, the initial outflow pressure decreases by more than 60% and blocks it using a blocking pad.

We made it circular because the circular damage hole can transmit the pressure inside as it is. This is because it is a meaningless test to increase the pressure inside the tank after blocking the damage hole. This is to test the maximum force in the damage hole area

    • @yatsafe8078
      @yatsafe8078 2 года назад +1

To test the performance of the product, the damage hole was made into a circle. The force through which the circular damage hole flows is the highest. Therefore, it is to test whether the membrane phenomenon of water on the surface can be blocked. Even if you block the hole, you won't be able to block the water flowing in between, so it will leak continuously.

Anyone that ventures out on a boat should have pre-prepared for eventualities that endanger the vessel and the lives of those on board.
Having the means to plug a hole is the most basic and simple means of preventing the vessel taking on water.
Given the frequency that boaters launch without first having fitted the drain plug, its ironic.
Having the means to identify and immediately counter leaks is vital, yet vessels sink because the sump pumps don't work or that leaks aren't noticed until its too late to save the vessel.
Non military boaters should familiarise themselves with the methods to counter leaks because they're the one's most likely to need that knowledge...

Damage from impact holes is irregular.
But the bomb attack is the perfect prototype.
0.4 bar is the force that water enters from the damage hole 4 m below the water.

Great concept but how would it work if the whole isn’t round but more crack-like as they typically are?

If the damage hole is less than the area of the barrier pad, it will be resolved.

The technology is an umbrella-shaped anchor.
It was possible by opening an umbrella inside the hole and blocking the hole first.

When manufacturing and testing products, do this.
Why? The biggest way to increase the force of incoming water is a round hole.
This is because irregularity weakens the force of water entering the collision.
The purpose of this test is to test whether it can be cut off under constant pressure conditions.
