Lost Footage from the Unrest in Philly - TrAcSe 2020

See, in this video, I upload some footage that I didn't think I would find again. Philadelphia was met with civil unrest, I wanted to make a video documenting all of it along with some of the changes to transit service that resulted from it. However, I completely forgot about this and never finished it. I also got some shots of the National Guard stationed in Center City and West Philadelphia as well as some SEPTA buses.
