Everyone has seen the following change since then.
1: All the NJT RTS's, Septa NABI 416s, Neoplan An460s and pre-2003 new flyers have been retired.
2: The Gallery is now Fashion Outlets, as of Thanksgiving Day, 2019.
3: Septa Route 17 now strictly uses Novabus LFS Articulated Hybrids.
4: NJ Transit Routes 403, 405 and 407 have been cut back to Camden, NJ.
5: Market East is now Jefferson Station.
6: All but the Septa Silver-liner 4's have been retired and replaced by the Silver-liner 5"s.
7: Service on Route 23 south of Locust Street is now the Route 45. You'll have to transfer anywhere on 11th or 12th Street between Vine and Walnut Streets.
8: Every last Septa token and transfer has been replaced with the new Septa Key Card, in which some could expire as early as within the next month.
9: Septa fares are now $2.50.
Anything about that part of Philadelphia County I'm forgetting?

Those mini Nova RTS buses are too small for the Washington twp garage lines even Camden Newton Avenue garage runs only Egg Harbor twp garage and the Northern Garages could use them buses back in the 2000's
