Highschool my best standing throw was 50. By best glide was 53. And my best spin was 56'5. Which is cool and all but at cif prelims in 2011 I saw a guy warm up power throw at 55 feet then glide 65. Absolutely incredible. Watching this video reminded me of awe I felt back then.
That’s amazing only standing 15m to almost 20m full! I could stand throw 15m rn and haven’t thrown for couple years. From what I seen strength wise from Lucas you would think his stand would be way better
